I got this and wore it for just a few minutes and realized its going to be a problem. The headset was just too tight. But luckily the top band is metal so I stretched out the headset to loosen it up and not be so tight and pinching my head. That helped alleviate the tightness and stop my headache... thankfully. Otherwise this head set is just too tight and my head is on the smaller side. But other than that I think the sound cancellation works well, sometimes im in a meeting and running my espresso machine and other listeners can't hear it running. I dont think I can run the steam wand though that is pretty loud but who knows, maybe its silenced too, haven't tried. Love the ability to hit the mute whenever I need from the mic boom, and it tells you its muted so you have confirmation. Love it. The sound quality is just meh, I expect pretty good quality from a nearly 200 dollar head set. I got this on prime day for a good deal though. Love the battery life I can make it through a day or two without charging. I also like how when you turn it on it tells you the battery status. One thing I will say is this seems like it needs a long time to connect fully to your computer and if you switch it on and immediately answer a call or jump in a teams meeting it may not connect your voice but its easy to fix you just have to drop out and back in. ... show more

I have always used Plantronic phones and headsets and tried a different less expensive brand. And it was evident why it was less expensive too, returned it after 2 hrs of useage. This headset is truly noise cancelling, and crystal clear. THEY ONLY REASON for a 4 star is that there is only one USB PORT, which means that if I forget to charge my headset overnight, I am out of luck. As the usb is also the same one needed to connect to the PC. So, this product looks and feels good. The sound is beautiful and clear. The noise canceling is top-of-the-line. However, there is only one issue: it just does not do what you paid for it to do - a WIRELESS connection! I work from home with CISCO system. This thing disconnects all the time. It becomes undiscoverable, then in 20 minutes, just out of thin air, again discoverable and "PC connected". During these 2 weeks that I had those, the work was a nightmare. I mean, these folks who made this product should make up for the energy and troubles I had to go through with this trash. This is the exact reason APPLE is a multitrillion company and tiny garage companies like this always remain at the same level. Have shame! Recall your product! It DOES NOT work! I loved this headset for work. I bought it just over a year ago and suddenly the earpieces are buzzing, the mute does not work, and the microphone has stopped picking up my voice. Disappointed that it only lasted this long.

I love these, they work great and even when I have to run downstairs. They are a bit tigoand I have a medium sized head. I even wear them on only one ear but I still gets sore. Maybe I can expand them and put them on a ball or something. UPDATE. It's almost been 12 months and thank goodness still under warranty. One side just stopped working and I have tried to get a replacement for over 2 months, I keep calling every week only to get the runaround. If anyone works at Poly and cares, please help! ... show more
