i’ve been using this for over a month now, and i like how moisturizing and hydrating it is. i use it only in my eye area, twice a day, AM and PM. a little does go a long way, and i use less than a full pump for both eyes. as much as i love how it feels on my skin, i haven’t noticed a significant change in my dark circles. i like that it has no scent and i’ve had no allergic reaction to it. depending on your budget, could be considered pricey for the small size. ... show more

I have heavy dark circles under my eyes so I ordered this NEOSTRATA Brightening Eye Cream. It's off white color. Although it says fragrance free, there is a slightly natural citric aroma. I usually apply it after toner. I feel my eyelids and under eye areas are soothing and moisturizing. And it's absorbed quickly in my skin after a few circling and padding motions. I have been using it for one week so far and haven't seen any big differences with my heavy dark circles yet. Regarding the brightening function, I did see a little bit of radiance after I applied the cream, but the shining probably only lasted a maximum of 10 minutes. Be frank, I was not expecting a miracle. I have hereditary dark circles, and pretty much no serum or product can really help with that except surgery. However, I do see some improvement overall. My eyes are less puffy and it created a gradient so that the dark circles aren’t so harsh. You only need a little bit of the product and apply it, then spread it out evenly. The first time I used it I might have used a little too much so i had to spread it around the eye and it caused a light stinging near the cheek area. The product is quite nourishing but make sure to test it out on your backhand before first use to see how your skin reacts to it. The price point might be a bit higher than what I would usually like to pay for eye products, but it is effective if its within your budget. I have used this brightening eye cream for three weeks twice a day as directed. The scent is very mild and pleasant, it does not linger after applying. It is discrete, meaning it is not noticeable on my skin. I did notice softening within a week and my under eye area felt smooth to the touch and soft. After 2+ weeks my skin did start to look smoother and there seemed to be an accumulated effect as the softness remained and was noticeable each morning even before reapplying. Since my mid twenties under the eyes circles have been an issue for me. At first they were there only when I didn’t get enough sleep but now they are there all the time, so I’m always in the lookout for products that can help combat that problem. I have been using this eye cream twice daily for exactly 22 days now and I’m noticing some improvements. The biggest difference is the increase in hydration in the skin under my eyes. Due to that increase in hydration the skin appears more supple giving me a more rested look. The circles are still there but the skin looks better therefore the circles are slightly less visible. I’m cautiously optimistic about more results with longer, continuous use. This cream is fragrance free. It absorbs quickly and completely. It works very well for my skin type (normal). I’m in my early 50, and puffiness and dryness under my eyes has become more and more prominent. I’ve been using this eye cream for about a month now. I like that the scent is mild to almost no scent at all. It seems to help minimize those problems I’ve been having. Those tried eyes now look more radiance. It absorbs quickly.
