First of all, I love the lamps themselves. They look beautiful on my nightstands and are exactly what I was looking for, at the right price. I read the description and fully understood I would have to assemble the lamp shades - Not a big deal for me. Unfortunately, one of the spider rings was not the right size and the lamp shade would not properly attach - I was quite frustrated. However, I was genuinely impressed with PoKat's customer service. They contacted me, extended an offer to make it right, and that's exactly what they did!!
