This is a really nice knife, it has a good/solid feel in your hand. If I have a spring assist knife it has to work, when you pull the tang on the back the blade flies open smoothly and is well balanced. Blade is very sharp and that edge comes right back with a few passes on a diamond steel. Also has a solid lock when the blade is out. Bought on an impulse during Prime days... Nice knife for the money. I keep it on my desk to open boxes and such. The flip action is quite snappy and firm. I may fool around and laser the blade just for fun. At this price, these are basically disposable.

    • Solid and sharp, but lost a handle scale after 4 months.

After 4 months EDC a couple screws holding one the handle scales came loose. One screw dropped out and was lost, the other eventually worked itself out but I found it in my pocket when I realized the scale had fallen off. Tiny 6 sided star bits aren't a common screwdriver to have in your tool kit but if you do it's not hard to put the scale back on or tighten the screws periodically. Good solid knife. Super sharp out of the box. I was doing some wood trim in my house and had to scrape off some old dried glue. I decided to give this knife a try, and it cut through that old dried wood glue like a hot knife through butter! It cut so fast and so smooth, that I ended up with 5 stitches on the top of my thumb as well. My fault I know, but I didn't expect it to go through so smooth and fast, it surprised me. I’ve been using this knife every, all day, for the past year and a half. I have abuse this knife in every way imaginable. I am going to purchase another one just because I dropped this knife from two stories on the concrete and the screws that hold the knife together on the bottom popped off and I don’t own the tools necessary to screw it back into place. I tacked welded it (not a great tack job as shown in picture because of different metals lol) (Welder will understand). it still works great and still will be using as my workhorse, but I will buy another one right after I write this review just so I have a new backup. I have a nice knife sharpener and it holds an edge. I can go a couple of days without sharpening it. Pretty good not going to say it’s going to hold an edge like some of those more expensive knives. But you can’t go wrong. the assisted opening function of the knife still works like the day I got it. Doesn’t open unexpectedly. I’ve had to oil it a little bit, but that’s just because of all the dirt and dust from using it like I do. Can’t go wrong with this knife. ... show more

You can't find a better knife for the price. This is my second one, as I lost the first in a swamp and couldn't recover it. The knife arrives incredibly sharp and ready to use. My previous one handled everything from cutting steel strapping and opening countless boxes to prying open containers. It's tough, durable, and stood up to heavy use.
