The seel on the top was already torn but the actual 5 was perfectly fine, came with everything it was supposed to and doesn't look touched. Ok, so to start off, the listing for this Ps5 didn't specify whether it was new or used. I thought it was new, as it even gave further options to purchase used versions. Got the box in the mail, opened it and there's no original packaging, it's missing a couple small things that would be in the original box. So it's used. The charger cord was super cheap and broke apart the first time I used it - getting a piece stuck in the controller that I had to work out later. The receipt states that it's USED and in MINT condition. Well after a quick inspection, this PlayStation has been dropped before. I took a picture of the impact sight, and one of the cover studs was broken when it was dropped. Plugged it in and turned it on, and of course trying to set it up, it's got severe connectivity issues. Doesn't stay connected to the Internet reliably and the screen cuts out randomly. Won't connect to online gameplay at all, and even streaming movies is intermittently frustrating. It's not mint condition. Not worth full price. And I'm definitely getting all of my money back. That's dirty business and there's no reason to ever trust these people with any other product they sell. Lesson learned. ... show more

Hace poco compre otro ps5 en Amazon me lo vendieron al precio como que era nuevo. Estaba usado y el control con raspones y se notaba que estaba bastante usado. Regrese ese ps5 y compre este qué en cambio si venia en su caja de ps5 y estaba totalmente nuevo. Satisfecho con mi compra

Loved the purchase! It was received in record time. However, for some reason it wouldnt accept disc into the console. I was going to return it to be fixed however, I just decided to purchase games online. Other then that I would give it a 10/10!

I bought from this seller because it looked like a brand new PS5. I got a second hand one that was poorly packaged and didn't come with a manual or a stand. Also more importantly it wouldn't work. A PS5 that won't play PS5 games. I would recommend avoiding this seller.
