Not sure if this was previously used/ opened, but it was missing an eye and several other pieces... Can't return because my daughter wanted to play with it regardless, so it is technically "used". This was junk. The vacuum roller doesn't spin, the back where playdough is SUPPOSED TO collect is IMPOSSIBLE for a child to open on their own (hard to open for me as well), we were missing 2 containers of playdough and the collection cup was not in the box, etc. This was just a mess, played with once - most likely won't be used again. It isn't really fun for my daughter, and the missing eye is just an insult to injury. I'm VERY disappointed and will second guess purchasing playdough products in the future due to the "quality" of what I received... ... show more

    • Cleans Up, or Makes More Mess?

In theory, this is an awesome set! However, that is where the greatness of this product ends. When you have the extruder poop out little Play Doh stars (think chicken and stars sized pieces that, if you have carpet, would be easy to miss and grind up into the fibers) and the vacuum runs over them, it does pick up some pieces. However, at best, when the product is run over the Play Doh pieces slowly, it leaves many tiiiiiiny snakes in its place. At worse, your ADHD riddled preschooler will run over the Play Doh at lightning speed all willy nilly, the tiny stars will fly all over your living room, and your toddler will eat them when he comes across them later; with this more common method, the Play Doh does not get picked up. TL:DR - This is not for us and our kiddo. It does not work as we expected it to. ... show more
