I've tried this shampoo for a month. My hair does seem to shed less. It also looks better. The only problem I have is that it dries my skin out. The directions suggest washing every day with it. Beginning in November I began to lose handfuls of hair in the shower, when combing and random shedding throughout the day. I ordered and received this shampoo in early December and the hair loss has stopped and my hair has grown out enough to already to cover up the thin areas. The shampoo itself is great. Directions say to wash hair daily...it dried my hair out too much, but I did not get the conditioner. My hair is colored, so I cannot wash it every day, the color fades, and my hair gets too dry and frizzy. I don't know if it will help it to thicken or regrow...possibly if used every day it would.

I knew my hormones were out of control and it was affecting my hair, but nothing. Ever. Worked. UNTIL THIS! I'm thanking the heavens for this formula!!!
