I have only used the spray so far after doing some research because the directions were not very clear. I would like to try the grease but I’m not sure how to use exactly so once I figure it out maybe it will help. I just really want the elliptical to not squeak, haha!

I wish I had a time machine to so I could go back a year and buy this. All of the door hinges in our house squeak. Anytime anybody would move any door in the house an inch at night, it would wake everybody up. This stuff solved the problem instantly. A few tiny drops of this on a door hinge and the hinge just vacuums it right up in a way that defies physics and is rendered 100% silent. Incredible. ... show more

I use this to oil up my vertical climber and it works great. My only advice would be to put a towel down under whatever you're using it to collect leakage. That would be true for any lubricant though.
