I bought this skirt in a large from a different seller, I ordered my normal size (L) and it was just a bit too small. When I returned and went to order again they added shipping. I found this one, same. Brand, free shipping. I sized up to an XL. I’m 5’9 and wear a large or 10-12. I have a butt, I think that is wear the sizing issue was. I got an Xl and it fits perfect. Runs small and is short. If u bend over them goodies will be hanging out. Thick fabric no stretch what so ever. I would say size up.

This is my 2nd shirt from this store and wore the quality is very good. It’s 20% wool and 80% polyester. It feels high quality and expensive! The color is so beautiful and true to the picture shown. It’s not very elastic but the size is true to what they say. Zipper works fine! I would say it’s medium thick so you can wear it throughout the year. Cute, no stretch as people mentioned. Not totally wowed by it. I HATE when patterns don’t line up at the seam.I think I may need to go down to a medium. For reference I’m 151, thicker thighs and hips so I thought sizing up would be good. I have about 2 inches of space unless I let it fall down my hips more but I like more of the high waisted look. The skirt was so soft and it looked really nice, the issue is the size chart is off and it was just too small. I am disappointed as I would have loved to wear it.
