Due to the characteristics of magnets and miniaturization, it is difficult to find the joining surfaces. It is very difficult to start over from the part in the middle of assembly. The size is very good. However, the price is too high for the number of pieces, and it is difficult to be creative. The concept is really excellent because it can be thought of in 3D. The size is just right and the magnetic force is just right to make it easy to assemble. If it can be improved so that it can be joined on any surface, it can create models more quickly than a 3D printer in product development. It is pretty unique and fun for all ages. But I didn't realize how small it is. It's just too expensive. After realizing, I bought 200 pieces for 100. 1 dollar per 2 tiny cubes. Should only buy if you have tons to spare.

I was slowly sucked in by all the cool creations and pictures on their website, how awesome was that magnetic scenery with cute animals that my child could make with these things. She would love them! ... No. Just no. Don't be like me. There's barely enough to do anything with. I wanted to send them back but my daughter actually played with them for a few days. And I saw the measurements, it just didn't click that these would all fit in my hand they were so tiny. My daughter gave up on them just a few short days after I got them when she realized she couldn't so much as make a creeper from the lack of colors/blocks she needed. She even tried to make up a cute game where she made a creation and I had to make the exact one, and we would take turns, but the first time she made something I couldn't recreate it, because their wasnt enough of the colors to make two flowers. She still plays on their app (totally free, btw, and very nice). But the blocks are basically a lump of junk sitting amongst our board games in a closet. There just isn't enough blocks for their prices, and not nearly enough to create any type of vision you might get for them. I'm very disappointed in what could've been a very very successful and engaging concept. It was just very poorly executed. I wish I could say differently. ... show more

I got these for my 8yo who is a master builder when it comes to all things lego and blocks. He loved this set. Played with it for hours, making all kinds of things. This has been a great addition to our building block collection. These are tiny little blocks and definitely NOT for young children. That being said, because they are so teeny tiny, I think the price point it too high. I would like to add a ton more of these to our educational arsenal, but not at this cost. These are as described but just a lot smaller than expected. I think they’re pretty pricey for the amount you get. It may be worth investing in a larger set so you can recreate more figures that require more pieces.

My son got these for his birthday. Really small, magnets are really strong and building is fun. But these are so expensive for what it is. Will I keep adding? No but he loves what he has. Magformers are a better price and deal.
