I received the LG urn and the 4 small urns but no necklaces. I contacted the company directly one and only have been amazing with handling the situation and very quick. I greatly appreciated that they quickly responded and handed it so fast. I was very stressed about this but let me tell you after speaking with them my heart is calmer and very greatful.
