This steamer heats up really fast! Easy to use with adjustable handle settings. You can either lay a piece of clothing down, or hang it on a hanger to steam. The color was a little different from the image but that’s not a make or break just the most noticeable difference for me from the listing. I felt like I was going to break it opening it up or folding it down, but that might loosen up with use.     • Wrinkles be gone
My wife and I travel extensively for business and as anyone who travels knows you continually fight the wrinkles in your garments. When we found this Pionix Handheld Garment Steamer it appeared to be ideal as a traveling companion and for home use as well. We tried it out at home first and it's small size is a bit deceptive as it performs as well if not better than some larger steamers that we have had in the past. We've used it on various assorted types of materials from Denim to Silk and if handled correctly it does remove the wrinkles. When using this on more delicate garments I would suggest that you use the included velvet brush to remove the wrinkles safely. I like the mount that it comes with as I placed the mount in the cabinet where I hang it with my other ironing equipment. When traveling we use the provided bag to carry it in which is convenient. It does have a relatively small water tank (100ml / 3.5 ounces) which allows you to steam 2 or 3 garments before needing to be refilled. That isn't a problem for us. One recommendation... be sure to use only distilled water. When using this steamer it does get hot quickly and puts out a good amount of steam. Another plus is that it can be used horizontally as well as vertically and does a good job equally. It's a great little addition to our wardrobe care. ... show more

    • Works OK but needs a bit bigger water tank
I tested this with two men's long sleeve shirts I had them hanging down from a hanger on a door I filled the tank and worked OK except had to put tension on shirt to assure getting wrinkles out Water tank is a bit too small as was out of water in just doing both shirts The storage bag this comes with is too small, I tried for like 5 minutes and could not get this fully inside the bag. ... show more

Having used steamer for several weeks now, it's clear that this product strikes a great balance between convenience, functionality, and versatility. Its compact design, right out of the box, makes it perfect for travel, while the added wall mount is a storage solution that's as clever as it is practical. This steamer works on both horizontal and vertical fabrics is a testament to its powerful and consistent steam output. Also, it works on different types of fabrics and is able to remove wrinkles even from denim. The addition of a velvet brush is useful for more delicate fabrics, preserving their condition even after multiple steam treatments. Despite its many advantages, this steamer does come with a slight inconvenience. Its water tank, which can hold 100ml as measured by the included cup, is only sufficient for one or two garments before it requires a refill. If you're looking to steam a batch of clothes in one go, this could mean multiple trips to the tap. However, given that the product is designed with travel and portability in mind, this drawback isn't a big problem for me. ... show more
