Features

  • Pink Stork Total Prenatal with DHA is the total package for pregnant women, containing 100% of 14 OBGYN-recommended nutrients and vitamins for pregnancy, including methylated Folate (the natural form of folic acid), Choline, Iron, Vitamin B6, methylated Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Biotin, Zinc, and omega-3 DHA.
  • Prenatals aren't just vitamins for women - baby reaps the benefits, too. Folate supports red blood cell formation and helps prevent major birth defects - it's so essential that OBGYNs recommend a folate supplement for women while trying to conceive. DHA is essential for the development of babys brain and eyes; Iron helps supply oxygen to your body (and your baby!); B-complex vitamins support fetal brain development and energy for mom.
  • Take two small capsules as part of your daily pregnancy ritual. Each bottle contains 60 capsules for a 1-month supply. Pair with Pink Stork Prenatal Probiotics for best results. Are you feeling queasy? Try our Morning Sickness line! Heading into the third trimester? Our red raspberry leaf Labor Prep tea is just what you need.
  • Our prenatal vitamins for women do not contain GMOs, gluten, soy, or dairy. A female team of experts formulates Pink Stork products, which are always third-party tested. Each bottle contains a heart shaped ScentCert - so your supplements taste and smell as great as they make you feel!

  • Great Quality, Women-Owned Brand!
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been taking Pink Stork Total Prenatal for its health benefits and essential nutrients like iron, DHA, and B12. The quality is excellent, and I love that it’s vegan and free from soy and dairy, which was a key factor for me. The berry flavor makes it much easier to take compared to other prenatal vitamins I’ve tried, and they’re also super easy to swallow. Since starting them, I’ve noticed a real difference—my hair and nails feel stronger, and I feel better overall. Plus, they’re incredibly affordable for the quality. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • My Go To!
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
Been TTC for a year and half, have tried 3 other prenatals but will be sticking with these through my pregnancy. I've tried Perelel but they smelled and stunk so bad, I couldn't stand it and I wasn't even pregnant yet. I can tell these are quality compared those vitamins, there is a subtle icky scent and taste but they mask it well with a berry type flavor that's easy to swallow/stomach. Especially happy they're only 2 pills a day and fairly affordable in comparison to the other brands you see all over social media. ... show more

  • Best Prenatal Vitamin!!
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I absolutely love Pink Stork Prenatal Vitamins! As someone who is expecting, it’s been important for me to find a supplement that is not only effective but also easy to take. These vitamins are packed with all the essential nutrients needed for a healthy pregnancy, including Folate, Iron, + DHA which gives me peace of mind that both my baby and I are getting the nutrients we need. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that Pink Stork uses clean, non-GMO ingredients with no artificial colors or flavors 💗 Also women owned which is a major plus! ... show more

  • Good but stinky.
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
While I was impressed by the daily value percentages in this vitamin, they smell so foul. The company knows it too because they include a little scent bead heart in the bottle to try and mask the stench with something fruity. Which ultimately smells like fruity fish. They don’t give me weird burps or anything and I can keep them down. I just hold my breath when I open the bottle. ... show more

  • Very complete, great for anyone!
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I am really glad I started taking prenatal vitamins with DHA; I honestly wish I had started sooner. I am almost 26 years old, and the health benefits of these vitamins go beyond pregnancy. They offer great overall health support because they are packed with essential nutrients. I have a history of iron deficiency, and this will definitely help with that, in addition to providing a great % of iodine and calcium, which are essential for me personally. One of the best benefits is how my hair and skin have improved massively. The added benefit of DHA in this total prenatal, compared to others, is something I’ve seen a significant positive impact from. Overall, I am very happy with this product. I feel healthier and more energized, and not only do I feel better, but I look better as well. 100% recommended! PS: very cute bottle and branding too. ... show more

  • This product caused my irregular menstrual cycles, acne, and other symptoms!
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I purchased and began taking this product preemptively because my husband and I plan to try to conceive in a few months (My doctor, like many doctors, recommends beginning to take prenatals before you try to conceive). However, taking this product caused me to have irregular menstrual cycles, as well as many other negative symptoms and side effects. I do NOT recommend this product for that reason. If you decide to try this product out before you try to conceive and begin to experience the same symptoms I did, I recommend stopping immediately - your symptoms are likely to get worse, not better, the longer you continue taking it. I've shared my story below in case it's helpful to anyone who may be experiencing similar symptoms and wondering if this product is the cause. As background information, my cycles always have been extremely regular. After I began taking this product, however, my cycles were instantly thrown off and I'm still trying to recover over six weeks later. Here's the timeline of events: Cycle 1 -I received the product and began a half dose (one pill) once a day (I figured a half dose would be fine, and I could up the dose closer to conception/pregnancy). I began taking the product about a week into my cycle. -On day 2 of starting the product, I began to have odd symptoms - feeling hot, jittery, extremely hungry, and generally off; On day 4, I ovulated 2-3 days earlier than I usually do (confirmed by OPK strip); on Day 5, the above symptoms had increased, and I also had an itchy neck (presumably thyroid-related due to location). -I decided to switch to taking one pill every other day, but by that time I already ovulated early (confirmed by OPK strip); my period also came 2-3 days early that cycle as well. I also started to get massive acne breakouts towards the end of my cycle, which is unusual for me. Cycle 2 -I continued to take the product every other day for about a week into my next cycle (still just one pill, so a half dose every other day). My symptoms, while not as bad as they were during the stretch when I took the product for five days straight, were still present and still negatively impacting my quality of life. I decided to discontinue use. -After discontinuing use, I ovulated 8 days later than I normally do (two weeks after discontinuing the product completely). My acne breakouts cleared up over the course of two weeks. My appetite issues and jitteriness went away within a few days of discontinuing the product. -As of now (Day 31 of my cycle when I normally have very regular 28 day cycles), I am still waiting for my period to come, and expect it to be (very) late as well, since I ovulated very late. As you can see, this product had a very negative affect on me, which is especially concerning given that I only took a half dose, and quickly switched to a half dose every other day for the month or so that I took it. Nothing else about my life or lifestyle changed during this period of time, so this product was 100% the cause of my symptoms. To be honest, I don't know for certain why my body reacted this way to this product. However, I have seen other reviewers comment that this caused irregular cycles for them as well, so I know I'm not the only one this happened to. I do have one theory, however, because I've taken all the vitamins contained in this product before with no issues except one: Iodine. I have not taken supplemental iodine prior to taking this product, so I have to assume that's the source of the issue. The fact that I had an itchy neck (since the thyroid is affected by iodine intake) further supports this theory, as does the fact that reproductive hormones are impacted by changes to thyroid hormones. I am not an expert in this area, but it appears there is a high dose of iodine in this product (290mcg); this meets or exceeds the RDA of iodine for pregnant women (220-250mcg) and lactating women (250mcg-290mcg), and given that we already get some iodine from food, would likely put anyone consuming it above the RDA. (All figures from the American Thyroid Association). I only ever took a half dose, which would be 145mcg; the RDA for non-pregnant adults is 150mcg a day. Lastly, I have seen conflicting evidence on the tolerable upper limit, but 1,100mcg of iodine seems to be a commonly quoted number. I don't have enough information to say definitively why taking in 145mcg of extra iodine affected me so much, but I do believe this was what caused my symptoms. I do not know how this extra iodine would affect me during pregnancy, so I plan to purchase different prenatals with lower amounts of iodine and playing it by ear. ... show more

  • Wish there was a flavorless option
Flavor Name: Unflavored Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
These are high-quality vitamins. I picked them specifically because they contain iron, which I need. My only complaint is the fruity flavor. I suffer from all-day sickness throughout my pregnancies, and these flavors and smells make it worse. I have to hold my breath and mentally prepare when I take these or I'll throw up. If I'm having a particularly bad day, I have to skip them all together. I do better with the prenatals that just have the normal vitamin taste. I get that a lot of people like the flavor, but I wish there was a flavorless option for those of us who can't tolerate it. I would have given five stars if not for the flavor. ... show more
