Description

The EGI hybrids are available in 8 different lofts, allowing you to replace irons with these easier to hit hybrids. Each hybrid features a nice balance of weight throughout the entire club head that increases and widens the sweet spot. The shape of the club head allows you to use these clubs from various lies, good or bad.More and more players are playing hybrids. The reason being they are more forgiving, add distance, and will improve your game instantly. We've mentioned this before, but imagine if you could take a fairway wood, shorten the shaft and change the shape ever so slightly. This is the simple anatomy of a hybrid. • wow , I hit them straighter now
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 19 Degrees
Bought a #3 and #5 hybrids and was hesitant to use without a lot of practice, after just a little practice I now use the #5 on the fairways and the #3 off the tee all the time. My old woods I was all over, if I hit it right I would send the ball a mile but I was erratic, slicing, hooking, nubbing, you name it and I would get a decent drive here and there, no consistency. I now hit the ball pretty darn straight pretty often, I have sacrificed some distance but I feel confident off the tee that I am not losing my ball and on the fairway also. My drives dictate my game and I am more consistent then ever off the tee now. I will say, I think my game has improved for sure due to these two clubs ! I love them ! A follow up review, I also have bought the 6,7,9 and PW and I am pretty darn accurate with all of the clubs, I know my game has improved and my average score has lowered, I hope it continues to. These hybrids are cost friendly so I say buy one, try it, give it a little time, I was concerned because it took a while to get used to a hybrid, but it became a love, love relationship with my hybrids, I threw all my irons in the trash can except my sand wedge, no need for them, recycle that scrap iron !!!! ... show more

  • Husband loves it
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 28 Degrees
He picked it out for a birthday gift. Got the 6 hybrid. After turning 70 he said that he had lost his 120 yard shot with a 6 iron and wanted to try the hybrid. Got his shot back the first swing. Club looks good, came with a cover, and arrived within three days. He has always had to have Taylor Made but says he can't believe the quality at such a cheap price. ... show more

  • Great Right Out of the Box...
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 28 Degrees
What I mean by the heading is, I didn't try this club out on the range first, but took it to the course and used it right away in a regular 9 hole round... I hit two shots with it, both out of the light rough, and all I can say is, "Wow...!" Both shots were outstanding... The club has a "weighty" feel that carries it through the light rough with very little effort... I recently turned 71 and have been losing distance with my five and six irons, but with this club I just got that distance back... Plus it is extremely accurate... Edit: I should probably mention I have the #6 hybrid... ... show more

  • Fun club! Put it in your bag!
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 45 Degrees
Bought on a whim for kicks, this club actually is a nice addition to the bag. Sometimes one needs a good lofted shot off the fairway with some power behind it, this does it. Not so good out of the rough, esp taller rough or water logged areas, but doable. Don't chunk your PW, W, or U wedge for this one club. This club is heavier than I expected, and took a little learning curve as its not as light as my much fancier Big Golf Company Brand 3,4,5,6 hybrids. But you'll find its good for short shots getting over creeks, mounds, over a bunker and up to a raised green - ones maybe too much for a 9 or 8, but the PW, W, or U might not be your confident club or not enough. While there is some noticeable wear right away, so what? Its a club - its going to get worn. ... show more

  • Pretty Solid Budget Friendly Club!
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 45 Degrees
You really can't expect too much from this price range. I have several Pinemeadow clubs and they seem to be of pretty good quality considering the price. don't expect these clubs too look pretty for too long as the paint will rub off after a day at the range. I'm able to make pretty consistent chips which is good, however I wouldn't recommend using this club for really short chips. Full swing I can hit this about 75 yards but light tap its good for about 25 yards. Has a tendency to want to launch rather than "chip" up and on.. but I'm still getting used to it. Overall I like it. I can hit it more consistently than my standard pitching wedge so I'm happy with it. Especially when you're in the rough. I wish it came it green like the other Pinemeadown clubs though!! =) ... show more

  • Great club! I'll be buying more.
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 36 Degrees
I just started playing again after a 10 year break. I don't hit as long as 10 years ago but I've always hit hybrids well. I wanted to try something that would make me more consistent in the 7-8 iron range so I bought the 8 hybrid. I figured for $38 it was worth the risk. When the club arrived, the first thing I did was regrip it with a Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G Jumbo as the grip is very low quality. Then I went to the range. My normal 8 iron varies from 115-125 yds and I often chunk it. This club was an instant and consistent improvement. I was hitting it 135-140 yds every time and it was always straight. I've had the club for about 2 weeks now and am much more consistent with it. The paint has worn off a little but that doesn't really matter to me as long as it helps my game. I like it so much I'm going to buy the 7 and 9 hybrids as well. ... show more

  • Buy them they’re so good. No joke.
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 32 Degrees
Just bought a set of callaway rogue x with a 3 and 4 hybrid, bought a 5 and a 7 hybrid from pine meadow to go with it since I can’t hit an iron anymore and didn’t want to spend over $300 for 2 hybrids. I was soooo surprised at the feel of the pine meadow hybrids. I legit hit them better than my callaway. The grips are a little more tacky and playing in the heat they were better to hold. They are weighted great and from the first swing I was slamming them down the fairway. The loft as perfect. I even told my dad,”watch, I’ll hit these Pinemeadows better than my Calloway.” I did. Haha. But the they’re great. ... show more

  • Great clubs for the price!
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 32 Degrees
These pinemeadow egi hybrid clubs are worth every penny you pay as I'm a 61 year old that use to golf years ago and was ok with a 10 handicap, now that I've reunited with the course I have found my irons have betrayed me...my two sons have recently taken up the game of golf so I wanted to try these hybrids oh boy... What an improvement it has made to my game!... with my irons I was hitting left of Fairway right of Fairway and my 7-iron that I could hit the ball 150 yd can now only hit it about 120... these hybrids have straightened out my Fairway shots and mid-range shots onto the green and improve my distance back to almost where I was back in my Prime ... I love these clubs ! ... Long story short if you're on the fence trying to decide whether or not to pull the trigger and buy these hybrids just do it you won't regret it! I highly recommend. ... show more
