Looking over the reviews this seems to be a common issue. I received my item today and the first thing that stood out to me was that it wasn't in a box but more like a sealed bag like it was a return. Well I was right because one of the bits was already on the drill and the vice seemed to be broken which made me look at the video to make sure I wasn't missing a step on how to use it and then I realized I was missing parts in particular the silver rings. I'm exchanging it hoping I get a new one and not a used one that was obviously returned for not working appropriately. ... show more

If you have patience to drill by hand , then this is for you. If you are in a hurry I recommend a power drill. I have enjoyed using this tool to drill holes in my acrylics. Patience is a virtue.
