These pens have become daily drivers for me. Nothing beats the clarity of ink combined with the flexibility of erasing - note taking is absurdly easy and satisfying with these. Once you get used to it, the clicker is practical. One downside is these are effectively disposable because there aren't eraser refills available for it, I erase prodigiously and don't see it lasting much more than one cartridge. Of course, the ink is also erased via heat, so setting a hot mug on your meeting notes is a bad idea. ... show more

I've purchased many of these pens for my calender notes. Now use them for most everything. My small complaints are two. 1. They do erase using heat friction. I have used them where the ink is exposed to heat in a car. Guess what? The ink all but disappeared. 2. The ink at times goes dry when there appears to be ink in the refill. As a left handed person, I love that they dry quickly and don’t smear. They even write on photo paper without smearing or bleeding. With the recent passing of some family members, we have been going through their stuff and finding photos of people and places that none of the living descendants can identify. I have started marking the back of photos so that future generations can have more context after we pass. I love the Frixion line of erasable writing supplies just in general. The markers are fantastic. The highlighters are a bit on the lighter side, but I still love using them to mark up books. They actually fully erase, rather than leaving behind dark smudge marks. Be mindful of how hard you press down when you are erasing marks made over printed ink. Those can smudge if you go too aggressively. ... show more
