  • Great
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
These pens work so well. Smooth, easy and beautiful. Already finished 1 of the gold. Towards the last third of the pen started having a flow problem, so it took a little more time. Great Company too. This set has 2 gold and 2 silver

  • Best Gel Pens!
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
I used to use these exact gel pens 25 years ago when I was in junior high and high school! They are exactly the same as I remembered! They write well on both light and dark surfaces. I used to use these for notes, schoolwork and scrapbooking, now I use them to brighten up my daily calendar/ appointment book or to give some color to a task list. Fun to use plus they come in even more colors than they did back then! ... show more

  • The BEST Metallic
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
I’ve owned about every pen brand for metallic pens, and don’t know why I put off Gelly Roll for so long. Pretty much every brand colors are the exact same: a hint of color and when dry a sheen of silver metallic color sitting on top of the flatter base color. Brand to brand, all the same shades, and shades are being generous when they all dry to pretty much the same look due to the separation of color and metal flake. THESE metallic pens are the real deal. They smoothly lay down a nicely pigments chrome, and it stays opaque and colorful. The broad point with the wet consistency of the gel is perfect for my coloring preferences, but they wouldn’t be practical for someone wanting to use them to write with. The former types of pens would be better suited due to ballpoint tip size and dry time. ... show more

  • Great choice for metallic pens!
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
These are great pens! Ink flows out smoothly, no skipping, and they show up wonderfully on black or white paper as well. They are very glittery and I don't notice the glitter rubbing off on your hands like some other metallic pens. The color selection is good and the ink lasts a while. My children have used these to draw several pictures and there is plenty of ink remaining in these pens. I think they are well worth the price, since they are better quality than some other options out there. They also do not bleed through when using them to write. You'll definitely enjoy these gelly roll metallic pens! ... show more

  • Great Pens!!!
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
There are duplicate colors in this pack. I’m not against duplicates. I just wish they were other colors than gold & silver. The pens are great though. Very smooth flowing. True metallic colors.

  • Great pens, but the dark colors are not dark.
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
I ordered these after being impressed with the Gelly Roll Stardust pens. These flow very well and retain their metallic look even when dry, which is something other pens don't always accomplish. However, the darker colors are not actually that dark. The burgundy color ends up lighter than the red or pink. The "dark" colors are more appropriately called muted/dull colors, and would be nice if their caps would indicate that. Aside from the color complaint, these have done well for their intended purpose in adding accents to my coloring book pages. ... show more

  • JUST as awesome as you remember!
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
When I was in upper Elementary in middle school (late 90s early oughts) is when the gel pen craze really kicked off, these were the top of the line model to have when I was a kid and recently as I have grown up I was tasked with finding a good teacher appreciation gift so I decided to order a pack of these. Naturally I wanted to make sure that they were just as delightful as I remember and I have now purchased several sets to replace my own writing pens as well as as gifts for little future authors in my life. Silly smooth writing, totally opaque ink and they are a joy to use! ... show more

  • More Expensive? Yes. Worth the Extra Cost? Yes!
Color: Gold Size: 16 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Gelly Roll
I have a lot of gel pens, most of which are quite inexpensive. And I have been happy with them. I didn't get any Gelly Roll pens because they were a fair amount higher priced per pen compared to what I had been buying. Then one day, I saw some Gelly Rolls on sale so I thought, "Why not?" And I am glad that I took the plunge. So, what are the differences between the bargain brands and the Gelly Roll pens? Here is what I am finding. In general, the Gelly Rolls are "jucier". Not that my other pens in general were scratchy, it's just that the Gellys are smoother. No skips. With the bargain brands, there were always a few pens that either were dry from the start, or they dried up quickly. It wasn't too big a deal, with so many pens, but it was annoying. And I never got a white pen to work with the bargain brands. Multiple line widths. The Gelly Roll pens come in different line widths. The bargain brands all seem to be the same line width. The Gelly Roll whites work -- woo hoo! I still use my bargain gel pens, because there are some colors I particularly like that aren't in the Gelly Roll lineup. But now my heart belongs to Gelly. ... show more
