After an epic fail with a previous order of highly rated/reviewed euro style pillows on Amazon, I decided to pay a little more and support an American company. Boy, it paid off! The pillows aren't lumpy. They are actually filled to a wonderful, reasonable loft. They do not arrive vacuum-sealed at all! So, there is no crazy calisthenics to try and revive the contorted "fluff." I have had such a challenge finding pillows online that actually aren't clumpy. These are perfect pillows. The pillow plastic cover had been taped to the box tape so had I not be very careful when cutting the box open, I would have cut the pillow. They really should add a piece of light card stock between the top of the pillow and the box because no matter which way you opened the box, you could have cut open the pillow. ... show more
