ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE pillows. I cannot understand the positive reviews at all. I bought these pillows to fit into 26 inch euro pillow shams. I bought 2 each 28-inch square euro pillows which I am writing this review for. Each pillow shipped in their own boxes. Each shipped in boxes exactly half the size of the pillow. The pillows barely re-puffed. The stuffing is far less than what the 28 inch seemed fabric allows for causing the casing to look bunched up, frumpy, and after packed as they were, wrinkled. The pillows do fit appropriately to size for 26 inch shams, but the pillows are so frumpy that they do not make for a smooth appearance at all. When laying against the pillows, they sink very deeply as though I am passing through the stuffing almost entirely. They depress about 80% of their size when I sit against them. I can get equal support from a 3x3 foot baby blanket thrown into my shams. The material used to make the pillow and the stuffing inside is EXTREMELY cheap. I bought 2 of the same pillows in a 26 inch size from a very large retail store that sells their own basic brand for 8.95 per pillow, less than half the price of these. The retail store's pillows were actually smoother feeling, more firmly packed, and wrinkle free. Had the retail store's pillows been available in a 28 inch size, I would have paid far more for those pillows than the 8.95 they are sold for. There is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for Pillowflex labeling these pillows as [ premium ] and selling them for 25 dollars per pillow. These pillows are not even worth 10 dollars each. This truly is the worst rip off I have had buying from the amazon website in the last 6 to 12 months. For reference, I have purchased approximately 1000 purchases now in the last 10 years with amazon. I am disgusted with Pillowflex and I will NEVER buy from them again. I am shocked. So disappointing. When you order on line you win some and you lose some. This product is a loser; fabric could not have been cheaper, pillow forms arrived under two entirely different packaging, stuffing was overstuffed and used as such for a pillow would have been hard and uncomfortable. When I covered one of the forms with decorator fabric, the pillow looked like a long very fat cigar. I removed about a quarter or more of the stuffing to reduce the pillow to a normal shape. No zipper so had to cut into the pillow form fabric. What a complete waste of money. ... show more

The pillow I received was a 10 x 16 inch pillow. What I ordered was a 12 x 18 inch pillow and that’s what the bag that it came in said it was. The pillow itself seemed ok other than loose threads hanging from the stitching which would be ok since this goes inside a 12 x 18 inch cover. The problem is that it doesn’t fit the pillow cover since it’s too small. I’m posting a photo of the pillow I received next to a pillow that is actually 12 x 18.     • Perfect Pillow Sham stuffers!

I was having problems finding pillow inserts for new 26" Square Euro Shams. No pillows I tried seemed to fill them out properly, or keep them neat and erect on my bed. Then I was told to find pillows that measure at least 2" bigger than the shams, so I ordered the 28" size, which I had trouble finding in any regular store. These worked perfectly, plumping out the shams to their fullest extent. Sloppy look gone, bed looks gorgeous. I should mention that for a couple of days, my package went missing. When I contacted the seller, his response was immediate, offering to track them for me, or replace them if they could not be located. Highly recommend both product and Seller!! ... show more

    • Different quality than past orders of Pillowflex Pillows

I needed a few inserts for some pillow covers I purchased And I was specifically looking for an insert that did not have feathers but gave the look that it did. I like to have that middle chop. I came across these pillows and they had excellent reviews. The price point told me that it probably had a material inside that was of higher quality. Once I received the pillows I was super impressed. I’m sure if you look in the description there is some patent or type of material that is specific to what is inside. It almost feels like it would be in the consistency category of a polyfill but it almost feels like it has a silicone-gummy-bear feel to it. It made me want to start slowly replacing all of my feather pillow inserts for these inserts. They had to look up luxury but without feathers poking out scratching you or getting caught it in my couch’s fabric. The next order I received the quality was just the same. You need to take it out of the box and let the pillow sit for maybe a day. Even though it seems like it might be as full as it’s going to get... trust me, it grows overnight like those capsules you would put in water as a kid and you wake up in the morning and it would be in the shape of some dinosaur or reptile. But then I got to my recent order....insert background music that always instills a sense of doom here....I put an order in for a quantity of (2) 22x22 and 14x20. The day they were supposed to arrive I got a message saying they were running late which is usually no issue for me. Unless it’s something I need before I leave out of town etc. Anyway I received another message for the next couple of days saying my order is on it’s way but running late. Nothing ever came so they said I could just cancel instead of waiting and get my refund now. So I did just that. I gave it a few weeks and put the order in again. Everything arrived on time. Two 22x22 pillows and one 14x20. I took them out of the box and set them aside to start their expansion. The 14 x 20 pillow felt just like the others I had ordered in the past had. But the 22 x 22 did not have that silicone-gummy-bear feel to them. I had already ripped off the tag on one of them assuming they all would feel the same as my previous orders so I had to use that pillow. I gave it some time and the 22 x 22 pillow expanded to full-size and even though it is very full it doesn’t have that squishy kind of feel that gives you that nice karate chop look. You can go almost anywhere and get a poly fill pillow insert for under $15 at the very largest size. I think what might have happened when I had my first order put through and received the “sorry it’s running late” messages...was maybe they had received a new shipment of pillows or replenished their 22x22 inventory and whatever change was made or substitution that may have seemed insignificant...made a huge difference in the texture and feel of the pillow. I believe my 22x22 order that came in came from new inventory and it definitely is not the quality from my previous pillowflex purchases. I will be sending back the one 22x22 pillow that I did not rip the tag off of and see if I can find that same feel (my first couple of pillow orders had) with another brand. ... show more
