Putting it together was simple and came out to the perfect length and even height when adding the resistance bands. I love how you can change how long the bands are. This is an easy to assemble workout bar. You can break a sweat in no time and get a full body workout without going to the gym or dragging out the dreaded treadmill. I really like the Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands. I was initially worried that the bands might be too light or overly stretchy, but they turned out to be perfect. They provide enough resistance, and I can feel the burn after about 15 reps. One of the best features is that the bar comes apart into three pieces, making it easy to fit in my gym bag for workouts on the go. I chose this one over others on Amazon because of the additional straps on the sides, which allow for more resistance when doing rows or bicep curls.
