Putting it together was simple and came out to the perfect length and even height when adding the resistance bands. I love how you can change how long the bands are. Love this so far. We will see how it does over time. Made in china. Box has tons of spelling typos on it but it doesn’t make the product bad. I like all the options I can switch the bands from long to short and even hang them on my door.

This is an easy to assemble workout bar. You can break a sweat in no time and get a full body workout without going to the gym or dragging out the dreaded treadmill.
