So easy to use and take an apart for travel. It comes with a travel bag as well which is great. The resistance bands are nicely varied for a good range of difficulty levels. I found lots of YouTube classes on the many ways to use the bar for resistance training, Pilates style workouts etc.

I initially bought this set for my daughter who is trying to ease back into the gym after a knee injury. After she raved about it and suggested I try it, I did. I too have been trying to get back into the swing of things but aren’t quite ready to hit the dumbbells full force. This kit is honestly just right as far as resistance.
