Updated November 24, 2020 For anyone who looks at the comments and notes that the seller replies to unfavorable reviews, know that the seller is genuine and really tries to make things right. After seeing my original review below, they commented (generically) and I directly contacted them. First of all, all their email responses were within 24 hours of mine. And despite my stating I wasn't looking to return my headset, they insisted and sent me another pair. To my surprise, the second pair had much better sound quality. While not truly "crystal clear", far better than my original pair and quite good for this price-point. And they seem more comfortable too. So I've updated my rating to 5 stars - really 4 for the device and another star added for superior customer service. Original review: I had high hopes for these headphones given the mostly stellar reviews, particularly ones citing “superb” clarity and comfort. While the ear pads are soft and the headset is adjustable, it felt very tight (and I have a small head) and mildly uncomfortable. I don’t know if the band can be bent but I didn’t want to risk breaking it trying. The discomfort was tolerable but I would not want to use the headset for more than an hour. More concerning was that the incoming voice quality was somewhat muffled, almost like being under water. I could hear the other parties clearly most of the time but I would never say “crystal clearly.” My old, cheap Uniden headset has far cleaner sound. On the plus side, while I didn’t ask other parties how I sounded, they didn’t seem to have any difficulty hearing me so I think the microphone works fine. Other pluses are the cord is a good length, the in-line volume control and mute work fine, and the company includes one extra microphone and two ear pads. Bottom line is that this headset is serviceable and not worth returning but overall, I am disappointed. ... show more

My old headset needed replacing, and so I went to my order history to find a link to said headset in order to purchase it again. Apparently, they do not make the same model anymore, because I received one that looked differently and sure as heck performs differently. The sound is awful, and I have a hard time understanding my clients, and vice versa. The sound is very muffled. The only positive thing to say about this headset is that the cushions are better than the ones on my old headset. If I could return this headset, I would!!! Edit: 5/16/24 After leaving my review, the company contacted me and offered to send me a replacement. I agreed. I received a new headset that was exactly like my old one and I am happy to say that the sound quality is perfect! Hence I amended my rating from 2 stars to 5 starts. [However, I don't know which headset you will be sent - the old version (great sound quality), or the newest (bad sound quality). I made the discovery, that the headset with the sound problem doesn't have the same ear pieces like the old one. Hence, I am assuming that this is the part that causes the problem in the "newer" version of the headset (the one that had the bad sound quality). Due to limited cell coverage, I still use a landline in my virtual office. Under COVID conditions, there is always a conference call and or schooling going on. For the past two years, I have had to buy a new over the ear headset each year because they broke. Each one of them came with the adapter to would allow the headphones to connect to the headsets 2.5mm slot. With a lot of noise going on, it was typically tough to hear the conversation without turning the volume all the way up. I purchased this headphone because it already had the 2.5mm connector, and it offered noise cancellation and better sound quality. So, far it has worked beautifully. With all of the noise going on, it blocks out most of the noise and quality of the sound is so good that I can turn the volume down on the headset and headphone and still hear the conversation. I will give it a 5 star review if it lasts more than 1 year. Right now, I give it a 4.5 star because it was at my house within a day. For someone that sits on a lot of conference calls, only missing a day without my headphone was perfect. ... show more

What a difference from regular one ear headsets. Very comfortable and great sound control. This has made long telephone calls so much nicer - and yes, we still spend about 1.5 hrs at a time on the phone with friends and family.

Review of Arama headset with Amazon number ASIN B01KFTMMB0 headset. Used since Nov 2023. Good clear audio on wireless Panasonic to my ATT landline. Depending on the connection the audio can be crustal clear. The audio is far better than through my ATT receiver itself. They cannot work mircles when person at other end is whispering or on a speaker phone or has a heavy accent. Comfortable to wear for my use of phone which is a few calls per day. For years, I had a wonderful Panasonic cordless system with great speakerphones on the cordless units, but after 14 years it is failing. I have tried several alternatives, and none of them have decent speakerphone quality, so I'm returning to using a headset as I'm used to hands-free usage (I clip the cordless unit to my shirt!. In the past I've paid roughly $20 for the 'single-ear' versions where loop over the head just ended in a pad to hold it on and that worked well enough. However, for about $7 more I decided to try this unit as the ear padding is much nicer and it has sound in both ears. It works very well: it is more comfortable (the ear pads are much nicer), it's' nice having sound in both ears, and they even include and extra set of ear pads. I still don't like not being able to use the speakerphone functionality on the cordless headsets but if I have to use a headset, this is great value for the money. ... show more
