Having purchased (5) C400xt's in the last four years I can tell you their functionality is great for any job site. The noise canceling really works, especially for the price. The downside is you'll be buying a new one in less than a year because the battery fails. The average for me is 10 months. I just purchased one in May and it is dead already-so just around a month. By that I mean it will not take a charge or work. It is garbage. Every 400xt I have owned has been replaced for the same reason. It's a great product but a shame the battery can't be remedied. I've been using AirPods for a few years now for talking on calls but most people on the other end complain about poor audio quality. So I got fed up with the complaints and changed to BlueParrot, so far everyone says that the call quality is much better now. First one lasted 8 years ordered the 450 again. As a truck driver this is comfortable to wear goes around your ear not on it and noise canceling second to none. Battery life is great. Looking for a great headset the B450-XT is the one.

Updated 5/2/2024 I have this for about 2 weeks now and I have discovered some issues. Reduced to 3 stars due to these major issues. (1) The Blue Parrot button does not work. I followed instructions, downloaded the Android app, programmed the button to mute/unmute. It did nothing. Good thing I tested it first before using it on a real call. (2) There's suddenly a constant and very audible click about 1 second apart in the audio. Possibly from some type of interference. But I didn't have that issue with my old BlueParrot headset. (3) Does not work consistently when paired with multiple devices. I paired with my work laptop and personal phone. When I tried to use it with my phone, it shows as "connected for calls and audio" but neither the audio or the microphone works. Original review: I have used several BlueParrott in the past including B350-XT, B450XT. I was hesitant to get this more lightweight, less expensive version but it's working great so far. The audio is very clear. Noise cancellation works just as well as the other headsets. I have light music playing in the background and the other calls only hear my voice not the music. The only slightly negatives are old style USB connection instead of USB-C and perhaps long-term durability could be a problem but I just received the headset so I can't speak to that yet. ... show more
