Having purchased (5) C400xt's in the last four years I can tell you their functionality is great for any job site. The noise canceling really works, especially for the price. The downside is you'll be buying a new one in less than a year because the battery fails. The average for me is 10 months. I just purchased one in May and it is dead already-so just around a month. By that I mean it will not take a charge or work. It is garbage. Every 400xt I have owned has been replaced for the same reason. It's a great product but a shame the battery can't be remedied. The last Blueparrot I had for 11 years. It still works great but the overhead piece broke off. This set is even better and more comfortable to wear. Sounds great on both ends

First one lasted 8 years ordered the 450 again. As a truck driver this is comfortable to wear goes around your ear not on it and noise canceling second to none. Battery life is great. Looking for a great headset the B450-XT is the one.

I am not kidding. I've done that. "Hey, can you hear the garbage truck that pulled up next to me?" "No, I just hear your voice." I have tried about 10 other highly-rated headphones including Aoeplex bone conducting headphones - which I love because of how lightweight they are. BUT they pick up too much background noise - especially with my best friend who has hearing aids directly connected to her phone. I even have the Aeoplex model with the boom mic. Background noise is still an issue. Not with these. Zero background noise. Last week I was standing in the security line at the airport and someone wanted to talk to me, I told them I could listen and not talk much, because of where I was and how annoying that would be to other people around me. So I held a listening conversation for 10 minutes and (for kicks and to test out these headphones) I DID NOT HIT THE MUTE BUTTON and the other person could not hear ANY background noise. No crowd-murmur, no airport announcements, nothing. I was in a sea of agitated people ! And no, they were not agitated at me, 'cause I stuck to my manners and did not annoy everyone. But I did have a goofy grin on my face cause it was hella fun to pull off that headphone feat. ... show more

This is my 5th purchase of Blue Parrot Noise Cancelling Headset in about 15 years. My husband is a truck driver and cannot use his phone while driving. I can confirm that his calls to me are crystal clear with no background noise. He loves the comfort of the headset and I often have to remind him that he is still wearing it when he comes home. The headset will eventually have to be replaced again due to normal wear and tear. Having said that, the headset is very durable and reliable.     • Great audio & noise deduction, but with some significant flaws

Updated 5/2/2024 I have this for about 2 weeks now and I have discovered some issues. Reduced to 3 stars due to these major issues. (1) The Blue Parrot button does not work. I followed instructions, downloaded the Android app, programmed the button to mute/unmute. It did nothing. Good thing I tested it first before using it on a real call. (2) There's suddenly a constant and very audible click about 1 second apart in the audio. Possibly from some type of interference. But I didn't have that issue with my old BlueParrot headset. (3) Does not work consistently when paired with multiple devices. I paired with my work laptop and personal phone. When I tried to use it with my phone, it shows as "connected for calls and audio" but neither the audio or the microphone works. Original review: I have used several BlueParrott in the past including B350-XT, B450XT. I was hesitant to get this more lightweight, less expensive version but it's working great so far. The audio is very clear. Noise cancellation works just as well as the other headsets. I have light music playing in the background and the other calls only hear my voice not the music. The only slightly negatives are old style USB connection instead of USB-C and perhaps long-term durability could be a problem but I just received the headset so I can't speak to that yet. ... show more
