The good: -front suspension works ~okay~ - Easy to assemble -good power (will actually do 30mph) -rear rack, phone holder, fenders all fit well and preform well -PAS system works well and has cruise -Frame and wheels seem like high quality material -IS ACTUALLY A FULL SIZE BIKE, a lot of the electric bikes sold are smaller than you’d think because of shipping costs, not this one - horn and light are nice features (low quality parts but they work fine) The bad: -Little low end torque (this reply only applies if you are off-roading, can’t notice on the blacktop) - cheap derailers have hard time finding the correct sprocket (but there is always a gear that fits with the PAS speed so that’s nice) -BRAKES NOT STRONG ENOUGH, to be clear the brakes are good quality and not cheap or anything, they just have a hard time stopping those big wheels -handles are uncomfortable and gave me blisters on my thumbs (gloves fix this) - NEEDS A SUSPENSION SEAT POST, i ordered one, improved comfort greatly -range is closer to 15-18 miles -there is no way to prevent the bike from being stolen except a bike lock (no on off key) My recommended upgrades are a new seat and seat post and a high quality bike lock ... show more

Alas, color me one of those who have experienced endless problems, nothing but delays, abysmal communication, and attempts to bring communication into email (don't). While it took this robot a week to tell me it was going to send me instructions for adjusting the rear derailleur, it jammed so many times it busted the front derailleur. It also chewed up the teeth on the forward gears. In the meantime, I had to pay a mechanic to rip the front derailleur off the bike so it would at least be ridable - but more because they misdelivered the part for which I waited the better part of 2 weeks. Be sure to document everything within Amazon and be prepared to wait 48 hours minimum between responses. Actually, I'd go with another bike altogether. You can see how this thing is made. The parts are one-offs that you can only get from them, and - according to my mechanic, without being prompted, offered that these parts are 'crap.' I am not sure how far the battery will go, it crapped on me once already (and I can keep a phone battery capacity at 97% after 2 years, so battery management is not foreign to me). I have had to throttle through dangerous intersections because the chain jams. Their best offer, after over a month of trying to get any response, was to replace it with one in a color that I do not want. Apparently no one else does either. Or I could wait another month to see if they got my color in. then I could wait another month to get it. For a high ticket item, you deserve better. Choose another. The one I got is garbage and that's where it's going. ... show more
