I've had this bike for about two months now and so far, there have been no major issues. It's fairly easy to assemble, don't listen to the ones complaining about the fender brackets, etc. I had zero issues other than yes, they do take some effort to line the holes up but that's because they are under some tension because of the way they are made. What I LOVE about this bike is, I live in a very hilly area and I can easily ride up steep hills with no effort just using the electric alone. And I can get around 30-35 miles riding in these hills rarely even pedaling due to my health issues. In flatter terrain, I've ridden as far as 40-50 miles and still had plenty of battery power left over. Depending on your weight, wind, speed, pedal assist and terrain, I would say about 40 miles max distance in hilly riding and I think you could easily get 60+ miles safely on flat ground, considering the afore mentioned aspects. I changed a few things on mine to better suit my riding such as the handlebars and the stem which holds the handlebar. I changed to more swept back handlebars because the straight ones which come on the bike were not very comfortable. Also, the stem was not adjustable and it has the handlebars too far forward for me. I bought an adjustable stem off of Amazon and installed it with the swept back bars and it is so much more comfortable to ride. I also took the seat from my old ebike and replaced the one that comes on the bike simply because it is more comfortable for me. The only problem I had was the LCD did not work properly but the seller was easy to contact and they sent me a new one out very promptly. If you need or want a quality, strong and powerful ebike, this one will do the job for certain! And I have asked the seller a few technical questions and they have responded very quickly and seem to really care about the customer having a good experience. Overall, I am well pleased with my purchase! 8-27-23 UPDATE: My LCD got moisture in it from getting caught in the rain while riding. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one quickly! The LCD getting moisture inside isn't typical because my previous bike's LCD never got moisture in it and I've ridden it in the rain a few times. I'm sure this one was probably just a random defect because it's stated they are waterproof. As I've mentioned, do not be afraid to buy this bike, you'll love it, it's powerful and has a really great riding range. This is a BIG bike. BIG tires. Perfect for adult men. I am 6'2" and it's perfect. I wouldn't recommend for kids or short people. Heavy, Sturdy, and lightning fast. Put it together in about 45 mins and took it out for a spin. This is not a nimble little bicycle, this is a big heavy trail blazer. I got it to scoot around camp and it will be PERFECT for that. Absolutely knockout looking bike. I saw several bikes at the Overland festival going for 3.5k and up and this bike is far superior. Very good buy if you need a big fast hoss of a bike. Unsure of battery life yet. Will update later. EDIT: I've tested this bike fully and my review stands as written. Battery life is better than expected as I can ride all around in electric only on multiple 5-10 mile trips without coming close to fully discharging it. Charges up easily. Gets lots of compliments on its looks. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I added a basket to the back and bought it a cover. Adding a carrier next. Be careful ordering your carrier as this is a big bike so look at the specs so you get the correct size/type. ... show more

This bike is tons of fun. I really push my H8 hard. I have only put 220 miles ,but so far the bike is tough. It climbs steep hills with ease. The power and speed are excellent. Common sense must be used with this bike. The police in my area don't seem concerned about e bikes .(Asheville, Nc) If I were looking for something to complain about it would be about the battery life. The most I have ever gotten from a charge is 45 miles with consistent peddling. Also if you are shorter than 5'7 this bike will be too tall for you. Overall I am very happy with it. ... show more

I read the reviews b4 I bought it. They weren't lying this bike is awesome. It works great it goes 35mph. It's very simple to use and fairly well made. Only thing is that it's big I'm 6 foot tall barefoot and I have the seat up about an inch and a half from the lowest adjustment... if you're a bigger person this is the 1...I can't say how fun this thing is... don't think it's a gas powered bike though you do have to pedal going up steep long hills or you will burn the battery up quick. Considering the local bike shops wanted 2700 for one that looked like a moped I don't see much difficulties in making the decision. I've gotten numerous compliments on this bike and there's a reason because it's awesome lol. ... show more

Solid value - AWD yes AWD... I am incredibly pleased. The directions were a little cryptic in a couple of places. Better translation & +zoomed photos would be helpful. Solid build quality. Update: at 350 miles. Bike runs great. Feels solid and secure. As expected, Battery charge longevity greatly affected by Terrain and Hills. Bike does not fit on standard auto bicycle rack due to tire size. Bike brakes smoothly, gear shifting is super easy, suspension is solid and forgiving. Has stronger acceleration on a freshly topped off battery versus battery below 40%. The front headlight has a dark spot in the center of its illumination that makes night riding challenging. I easily added a supplemental light. The kickstand could benefit from being an inch to longer, as the bike can tip if you don't pay attention to the terrain slope. While the bike is heavier than a less powerful e-bike it is easier to handle than expected. Given the weight tight turns take some practice to get comfortable with. I am Uber satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid satisfying ride. I commute 11 miles each way daily and I'm not at all intimidated by automobile traffic. I recommend a beginner gain experience using this bike on streets and Mild Terrain to gain experience prior to attempting off-road / cross Mountain, steep narrow paths, as the size, power and weight of the bike can be potentially intimidating in the beginning. I get multiple compliments on the bike every time I take it out, as it looks much more expensive than what it is.
