This is a great shower head if you bypass the water saver feature in order to obtain maximum performance. I used the ball socket from my original Portland Bell Showerhead which eliminated the water saver restrictor and enables full water pressure. Note: If you do not eliminate the water restrictor washer from the new showerhead you may not be happy with your purchase as the water pressure is so restricted that it will take forever to rinse shampoo from your hair and I barely have any hair left. ... show more

When I got this item, everything said 1.5GPM,...the ad, the box, everthing except head itself. It clearly states right on the face, 2.3GPM. UPDATE*** To the Amazon merchant's credit they did refund the order. Didn't even want the item back.
