UPDATE: SELLER DID THE RIGHT THING (REFUNDED COST OF REPLACEMENT OF BENT FRONT WHEEL) The bike arrived well packaged but the front wheel is shaped like an S, it's bent up pretty good 😭 The bike is otherwise in good working condition. I have contacted the seller to see if they can issue a replacement wheel for me. Still a good value at this price and I can't wait to ride it. Update: front wheel came bent like a Taco 🌮 Seller refunded the cost of replacing the front wheel which was the fastest solution for me to get the bike on the road. Top speed full assist 27mph. Average speed under full throttle is ~25mph I ride this 12 miles to work and home round trip every day. When I get home after 12 miles riding full throttle and no assist I have 75-80% battery capacity remaining. I forgot to charge it overnight and road it to work and home twice (24 miles total) and the battery is at 50% Total rage is probably ~50 miles under full throttle, no pedal assist. Seat is comfortable, acceleration is good, I reach top speed before I get through an intersection, generally I pull ahead of traffic until I get to speed which is nice. Car drivers be steady hating tho, watch out for the crazy car drivers, wear a helmet when you take it through town. My first ebike and I'm already looking at 3000w hubs to upgrade this one 😂 You can drop in a different battery pack, the controller supports 48v 52v and 60v packs. Came with 48v 13Ah pack, you could easily drop in a 30Ah battery, effectively more than doubling the already amazing range. 30Ah would make this bike good for over 100 miles range. Idk the full charge time because I charge every night after 12-13 miles usage. It's charged back up within 2 hours tho. ... show more

I just got the bike today and it arrived 5 days ahead of schedule :) It is mostly assembled but I recommend you be mechanically inclined and good with tools before assembly (which I am). The video on amazon is very helpful. Unpacking and assembly took me about 40 minutes. Just be very careful removing parts from the box as it is compacted tightly in the box and many wires/cables. After completion, it is way cooler looking in person than in the pictures! Everything seems to be very good quality and I'm very pleased with this purchase! Tires are huge and the bike looks like a $2000 bike. I have ridden about 2 miles so far and everything is great. I am 6' tall 225 lbs and got it up to 22 mph which is pretty quick. I did replace the goose neck, handlebar riser with an adjustable/taller one so I don't have to bend over to the handlebars so far. Size is perfect for me or anyone several inches taller or shorter. This bike is actually for my 5'6 wife and I'm kinda jealous of it. I bought a Heybike Race Pro, one month ago and while I love the Heybike, this one looks cooler, has similar power, seems similar in quality (so far) and was about $225 cheaper. This bike will make a great commuter or trail bike but would not be great for serious mountain or really steep terrain. 100 mile update - I now have 2 of these. The 1st has over 100 miles and is still awesome! 2nd is at 30 miles and is great also. If I were to make a criticism - I modified the battery mount as the battery is heavy and the mount seems flimsy/not secure enough for the weight of the battery, especially for going off curbs and off road trails. I purchase two of these and out of the box one of the batteries would not work. I contacted seller and first was asked to confirm I was charging it properly. I have a working one so, yes I was charging it properly. Then I was asked to use the charger from the working bike. We did that. I was then asked to submit a video proving I charged it correctly with the reason that they couldn’t guarantee it was the battery and couldn’t just ship me a new one. I had already put the working battery on the non working bike and it worked fine so it’s definitely the battery. Basically there is no remedy other than to try and disassemble the bike and figure out how to re package it and ship it back at MY expense. Worst Amazon experience ever. The working bike is nice and I would have given good review of the bike itself. Just beware if you have an issue they aren’t going to resolve it ... show more
