After only having our PetraTools LT-PRO 2.0 backpack sprayer for 8-months I noticed that a steady trickle of fluids was coming from the back of the sprayer, despite only having approximately 2-gallons of water and some targeted weed herbicides. I investigated the situation further, without avail and finally decided that I would contact Petra Customer Support the following day. Once connected, Jenalee (Jen) in Customer Support immediately began to assess & troubleshoot the situation by asking me specific questions regarding the issue with the unit. After further analysis of the matter, it was decided that the unit needed to be replaced. I was especially surprised to receive a new unit in the next two (2) days. PetraTools certainly stand behind their product warranty guarantees and solidified my trust in their company with their firm actions. I'm looking forward to investigating more of their liquid lawn product, as opposed to purchasing them from other competitors. I contacted PetraTools regarding a broken sprayer nozzle. Nathan immediately shipped out a new part and the sprayer is working again! I will never go back to pump sprayers, I have used this battery powered sprayer for a year now. It makes a big difference when you have a big yard. The battery life exceeds expectations. The most difficult part of using it was figuring how to get it on my back. I found that if I put it on a tall table or in my case a washing machine, it is then easy to slip it on. ... show more

I had a problem with the wand and the orange nozzle while I was loading up the solution, the whole thing flipped over and the wand broke. I had to cancel the spraying and immediately call for a replacement. Customer service was fast, Nikki was so patient while I try to find the order #, and the parts will be shipped out. I absolutely love this sprayer, it makes my chores easier. I don't know what I would do without it. ... show more

So I was looking for a powered Sprayer to take care of insecticides and lawn care. After a ton of research, I landed on the LTPRO 2.0 for the value and commercial like ruggedness. I received it in about a day and was very disappointed that the battery was defective. No lights and it wouldn't charge...tried for 2 hours. I called Customer Service on a Saturday Afternoon and Mikki answered right away. I explained the issue and she has a battery being sent right away. Also offered to setup my extended warranty, but I let her know I beat her to it before I called. Customer service like this is really hard to find, so while I am not running out of the box, I am pretty confident that PetraTools will honor their commitments to quality tools and products.
