Features

  • Say farewell to the frustration of a tinkling metal tag! Our personalized martingale dog collar offers a sewn-in rubber tag that can be customized with your dogs name and phone number for reliable identification. You wont have to worry about it coming off or your dog chewing on it.
  • The double-loop design provides more control and helps prevent pups from being able to escape or slip out of their collars. This is ideal for dogs that are skilled at getting out and for breeds with necks larger than their heads.
  • Recommended by dog trainers for gentle control during leash walks, this collar tightens when the dog pulls and loosens when the dog stops.
  • Skillfully crafted using high-quality nylon with reflective stitching, this collar ensures durability and functionality.

  • 2 dogs -Bought two
Pattern Name: Letter Print
We don't have two dogs- we have two escape artists. They've both pulled out of their collar. The dogs love to pull back as we pull forward- the collar comes off and you have a loose dog. NOT with these. Martingale collars are fabulous. At rest they hang loose enough for comfort but once you leash them up the collar tightens for a secure fit they can't pull out of. We selected this brand because it also had a name tag on the collar. The tag is easy to read and months into it's wear it's still in good shape. I like the locking clip on the collar too. It's just one more safe guard. This the best nylon collar we've tried for both dogs: the 75 pound pit and the 12 pound cockapoo. ... show more

  • No struggling to attach an ID tag!
Pattern Name: Letter Print
Raven just had a bath so her new collar is on. The hot pink color looks great on a female black Lab. I prefer Martingale collars because they are non slip and we don't always see eye to eye on walks.

  • Good fitting collar

Good quality collar! Happy with my purchase. Easy to put on, just the right size!

  • Size
Pattern Name: Letter Print
Because of the location of the name tag, the collar is to big. If I could get the slide over the name, it would fit perfectly. The tag needs to be sewn in an area where you don’t tighten the collar. There is only one slide to tighten and that tag is right in the way.

  • You get exactly what you see
Pattern Name: Letter Print
Looks exactly as pictured. This is a very nice collar. Well made, not cheapy. Took a bit to get to me but it is personalized - Love it. I use this strictly as his walking collar though. Because the collar is designed to squeeze if the dog pulls, i wouldn't let him wear this one unless going for a walk. I love that if he somehow gets loose on a walk, that his name and number are still on him. He is chipped also but not everyone has a chip reader. This makes for a quicker find mamma mission. I will be getting these for our other dogs as well. ... show more

  • Name Tag in Wrong Place
Pattern Name: Letter Print
I thought this collar was just fine until recently. The color, reflectivity, easy on/off and a good price were all great. It was recommended and I bought it for my new rescue dog. He's a beautiful but hairy Bernedoodle—very fearful, very anxious. He runs and finds something to cower behind when he hears loud or unexpected noises, sees unexpected movements, hates doors, doorways and gates, me wearing dark clothing and just people in general. It was apparent he'd experienced significant trauma. He's a breeder surrender. He wouldn't let me touch him for weeks. He wouldn't come in the house when it rained. He just stood out in the yard in the rain with no shelter (which I immediately ordered on Amazon) looking at me while I begged him to come inside. The combination of a person and a doorway was just too much for him. He was pitiful. With slow baby steps a lot of which were two forward and three back, he finally let me get close to him to pet him and I was able to put this collar on...at last. It seemed to fit okay but he wouldn't let me close enough to him for long enough to check proper fit. Unfortunately for today's incident I had first put it on him when he had a lot more hair when I first got him. But, it still seemed ok. After the initial warming up, it still took me four months to work up to getting him in the car to go get groomed. I had taken his collar off for groom day because there was pulling and tugging involved to get him in the car so he wears a harness for car trips and his collar goes back on after those. All that to say that today I found out the collar is maybe an inch too long. Wouldn't be if the name tag wasn't in the place it is as shown in the photo (the reason for a 3 star rating). I'd be able to adjust it just enough to fit right. I hadn't thought too much about it fitting him loosely until today! That's when I heard strange noises and saw Henry kind of bouncing around hitting the floor hard with his paws. It was not the 'dogs playing' noise I'm used to. Looked over and saw that the collar was stuck across his mouth. He couldn't close his mouth and was freaking out pawing at it trying to free himself! OMG. Thank goodness we are at the point of him mostly trusting me and not running when I approach so I was able to easily and quickly unsnap the buckle to free him of the collar. So, thank you for that buckle!! PSA: What a terrible, scary thing to happen and a lesson to all of us who put loosely fitting collars on our young dogs who still enjoy chewing. Henry is only one year old and still likes to chew things like his big, older brother's bandana and collar which I've had to stop letting him wear. But, just know where there's a will there's a way. Henry out of boredom - I assume - was able to dip his lower jaw down and get a hold of his collar! I'm so thankful it didn't happen when I had run to the store leaving these three at home. ... show more

  • too big and can't adjust
Pattern Name: Letter Print
I would give this collar a 5-star if I could adjust it a little smaller. Unfortunately, were the tag is sewn on makes it too thick to go through the buckle, and it is close to the buckle. (I had already bought the small and it was too tight and couldn't loosen enough.) Thinking I might try to remove the stiches and the tag so I can adjust it. it is a very good study collar and the tag is well stitched maybe a little too good. Probably would not buy again only for this reason. ... show more

  • Finally! Collars my dogs will not remove!
Pattern Name: Letter Print
My 3yo pair of Border Collies have gone through a number of traditional collars over the years. The average lifespan was maybe a week tops, as these guys hated them and would chew them off. I had just about given up hope. I think the dogs must be more comfortable with the relaxed fit of these collars, as they have been wearing them for a couple of months now with no chewing. Hooray! They are functional and stylish. Blue for him, and pink for her. Derp. ... show more
