Positive: -The paint pens arrived well sealed, both individually wrapped with tight caps preventing any leaking. -Once opened, the pens write with thick flowing paint strokes with minimal shaking. Negative: -When drawing on top of darker inks(marker/pens/paint), the white paint from this pen will mix with the darker colors underneath, producing a light grey rather than white. This also stains the tip of the paint pen, requiring frequent cleaning to produce clean white strokes. -Rather than covering the surface with a flat white color, every stroke will be visible showing thicker paint towards the center of every mark. Overall: These paint pens work well for thick writing on top of a dark surface, but lack the precision, consistency, and ability to create multiple line widths to be useful for fine art ... show more

This is a pair of oil-based paint pens. They produce a nice color of white. East to use and so far the paint has appeared permanent. Good for a project or in my case touching up a marred white set of shelves.

The pens arrived promptly and very well sealed. I tend to be suspicious of paint pens, but these performed very well. I like that they have bearings inside to mix the paint for consistency. The paint seems to flow evenly with no blobs or drips. I haven't checked for durability or whether the tips dry out, but the caps appear to seal very well. Didn't make it through my dishwasher. Wrote on a plastic bowl, which was one of my main purposes for the pen. Wrote well but disappeared after washing. I like that it has a weight inside to shake it. Cap is really tight, careful pulling it off. Probably find many more purposes, use something else for stuff going in the dishwasher. ... show more
