The secret is getting FAUX pampas. Real pampas feel more fuzzy and shed a lot. The faux look more, smooth and luxurious. Doesn't shed. Only shedding that occurred was when I first opened it, and was fluffing it out. After that --nothing! The color ordered was Ivory and its gorgeous. Clean and blends in with everything.
