Reitero no comprendo el porque llegó mi empaque abierto es decir mi caja violentada. Cuando su política indica que todo artículo comprado debe traer su cinta de seguridad con el nombre d Amazon estando bien resguardado el artículo adquirido.

It is working for my male dog since he likes to mark everywhere in the house when I am not home. He seems to like it and has good space for him to move around(he is 18 lbs male poodle). Materials of the cage feels cheap light metal so if you have a big dog, he/she will easily push it around, but if your dog is small like mine, it will do its job and it is a decent cage for party training. ... show more

    • Easy to put together but extra pieces with no instructions

The large pieces were easily put together with the rods. We did have a bit of a problem attaching some of the plastic corners and straight pieces but that was remedied when we pulled the fence sections to an even distance from the rods. There were several pieces in a bag that we couldn't figure out though. There were zip ties, plastic suction pieces and several plastic pieces that looked like they could go under the rods if you didn't have them in the plastic connectors. None of the pictures on the enclosed instructions had them so we just threw them in the trash. ... show more

The plastic corner pieces, and the plastic middle pieces are a joke. In fact, the entire pen is a joke! The panels do not line up together with the rods which does not allow the dog pen to stay flush to the floor, nor fit into the plastic pieces. Sharp pieces sticking out on some of the panels. Scratch marks on bottom of panels. Plastic tie wraps? For what purpose but a choking hazard for the puppy to bite at. Suction cups???? And the price.... ridiculous for a piece of metal junk.
