I have recently purchased the band as I was having issues with a lack of strength-exercises while losing weight on my diet. I have looked at various options, but this band packs all essential work-outs into one handy tool. It is light and handy so you can bring it onto your socially-distanced walks or to the park. It seems durable, and as a matter of fact, it is also kind of cute! And a massage ball has been included in the package, too. Before I decided to purchase, I was considering signing back up for the gym membership, but the prospect of wearing a mask while doing cardio and it getting sweaty did not seem promising or something to get excited about. I am already feeling my muscles building back up. Also, an instruction manual for simple exercises you can do is super-helpful. It got me going right away without a personal trainer having to be there. Cannot wait to see the results of few weeks of regular exercise... I Will update soon enough! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Came scrunched and appeared nicked up on one pedal but not the other. straps look as if they're going to pop out already from the top. Haven't used it yet. Disappointed in quality so far.

I like the product, it’s a kind of weak. I only do lower ab workouts because it feel like if I stretch it to far it’s going to break. I really like it I just wish it was stronger

Purchased this as a gift for a minor male relative. They have difficulty doing sit ups due to their weight so I thought this would assist them with exercising so that they could eventually get comfortable with doing sit ups. I wish the product came in a more neutral color. Some males may pass this model up and go to another seller simply because of it's color. After I purchased this, my mom commented that she had one back in the day. That comment took me back to the early 90s. As a child, I remember her using this after she had my sister. I wanted to use it so bad and would sneak until I popped myself in the face with it.🤦🏾♀️ I think I may just buy me one now.😂 To be honest, I hate exercise. I have abdominal issues and have had several surgeries so sit ups aren't the easiest to do. I will be able to tone those areas by using this as an alternative. ... show more

I disliked the quality of this product. It’s build cheap, and the pieces broke apart the first time I used it. I could find this product elsewhere for $3.50 or less.

The media could not be loaded. I love this pedal resistance band! I can exercise while sitting at my home desk working, watching TV with my toddlers or helping my older kids with their homework! This is so perfect for my busy life. It came super fast and the massage ball that comes with it is AMAZING! I’ve never used one of those until I ordered this and I was not expecting it to do anything but I was so amazed at how good it felt on my sore muscles! This is the easiest and fastest tool/equipment I have ever used! I don’t have a working scale, but I have only used it for 4 days ( 30 minutes day) and my body is quickly toning No pain!!!! I use it on my memory foam bed
