    • GREAT IDEA !!!
I needed some kind of resistance equipment to help build up my biceps, and this little gadget does the trick. I've had been using "another gadget" for arms which does amazing things for the triceps (which is the back of your arms), and the shoulders, and even the forearms and hands, but doesn't target the biceps well enough. This little gadget targets the biceps remarkably well! 💥 I can also, in a sitting position, do pull-backs as if on a rowing machine. It does amazing stuff for the shoulders, and the upper back muscles. I really love it. When I stand up to do bicep-curls, it seems a bit difficult, but when I sit down and do bicep-curls it's exactly the right amount of resistance for me. I am a Baby Boomer, and have been a member of health clubs most of my adult life. I also took a course in personal training. At one time I was an aerobics instructor. With all of this experience in my background, I don't recommend stuff willy-nilly. I take my recommendations seriously. I started using the "other gadget" and this gadget because my triceps and my inner upper arms, next to my breast, were very crinkly and flabby. I am here to tell you that my arms are being transformed before my very eyes, and quickly. I noticed that someone mentioned that the little yellow round things popped off easily when trying to put the feet in the stirrups. That happened to me too, but you just put them back in. You could actually glue it in there if you wanted to, with some crazy glue. In my opinion, and for my needs, I do not use the stirrups, but if I did, I would crazy glue the little yellow things in so they wouldn't pop out. I am absolutely thrilled that I got this wonderful little gadget for such a low price. 😃 I highly recommend that you give this serious consideration.🏋♀️ ... show more

Loved the band and ability to stretch and tone, however, be sure to keep an eye on the foot part as the knob came off once on me. Causing my foot to slide out.

    • Good elastic, but poor construction, foot loop popped after 3 minutes.
The foot loops are small for use by a male. The elastic is good. However the foot loops are held in just with a pop-in yellow piece of plastic on each outboard side. The very first time I used this product, one of the yellow caps popped out, and the right loop detached. I had to re-secure it with glue. Very poor design -- if it was simply threaded it would have stayed in. The manufacturer needs to improve this design. ... show more
