These are as fresh and tastey as the original size. Just right size for taking in purse or pocket " maybe". I like to keep these in the refrgerator in a zip lock bag, or even in the freezer for longer storage. Sometimes, I will even cut them in " bite size pieces" so I can just grab pieces to suit my hankering for the moment. The price is doable, as well. The nougut center is so soft and sweet. Not that it is anyone's fault, but it seems this was shipped during the heat of summer to the vendor. All the "rolls" are so flat that the nougat is squished and you really don't get the taste of it (which is the best part!).

Pearson's Nut Rolls are not easy to find. There are no stores in my area that carry them, and in the past have had relatives from MN send them to me or buy them when we are up there. Glad to find them and at a price that was not unreasonable.

This little bag brought so much happiness to adult staff members. This was a replacement for Pay Day candy bars. I love that it is a small (individual) size versus a whole candy bar. This is my guilty pleasure when it has been a long day. I will purchase it again. It is hot in Texas, so the cand was a little melted. From time immemorial, maybe not that long, my son and I have supplemented our hunting diet with Pearson's nut rolls. They have fallen out of favor with the larger grocery and chain stores so finding them on Amazon is a special treat. I get the Bites for my pilot son where a full-sized candy bar is awkward.
