The media could not be loaded. We bought this tent for an outdoor wedding reception because it was the same price to purchase this tent as it would have been to rent one. I am VERY HAPPY with the tent! Putting it together was pretty easy, but we ended up with two joint pieces swapped — either one of the pieces was mislabeled or we made a mistake, either way, the tent was already up so we left it alone and had no problems. We had 5 or 6 people putting all the pieces together for the roof the day before the event, then later in the day just my husband and my son finished putting the tarp on the roof and erecting the roof onto the legs and bottom framework. Thank GOD we tied the whole framework down really well, because a crazy storm front rolled through overnight with sustained winds at 20–25mph and gusts over 35mph. I know you're not supposed to put these tents up in bad weather, but we were only expecting a rain shower, not an "almost" tropical storm. Needless to say, we prayed A LOT during the hour it took for that storm to pass over, and in the end only the pins that secure the bottom rail to the ground had pulled up a little. Our 10'x10' pop up tent didn't fare as well because the water pooled on the vinyl roof and collapsed the framework of that tent, so I know the outcome for the 16'x32' could have been much worse. Nonetheless, it held up without any problems and we had a beautiful event the next day. Also, it's very spacious and easily fit six 8' tables and two 6' tables seating over 40 people comfortably! ... show more

Good tent for good conditions. It does have some issues withstanding high winds but their support was excellent and they replaced any parts that failed. It's a good tent just make sure the weather conditions are suitable for it. Recommended.

I bought the 20x40 size tent for my kids graduating partys. The tent has been flawless and I'm on the 4th party and 2 more to go this year. I read complaints about it not handling wind good so I bought rebar had a washer welded on it and drive the stakes in the holes in the feet. I don't use the earth anchors provided I use 1/2" stakes I purchased from lowes the wind has not bothered it and it has lasted threw many rainstorms. I would definitely purchase again no questions asked.the only thing I wish was different is the turnbuckles in the top strip easily if over tightened but there easily found at any tractor supply store ... show more

I purchased this tent last year and it was very easy to set up. It is very sturdy and holds up well. I have used it many times for various occasions. There was heavy rain and wind in Jan. after New Year's and some parts were damaged. I contacted customer service and they were accommodating. It's a scam, don't buy it! Initially, they offered a paid return label, but now they refuse to cover the return cost at all? I attempted to use it, but the tent is overly complex to assemble, excessively large, and the roof fabric is torn. I'm now trapped with an unusable tent that I can't return. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and contradictory to what was promised before I made the purchase. I demand, at the very least, a return label to send back this tent and receive my money back! I am extremely disappointed ... show more

The customer service department for this tent goes above and beyond. When we got the tent we had a few damaged poles. I reached out and new poles were sent very quickly. When It came time to put up the tent, 3 days before our event, we discovered we were missing one piece. Customer service shipped the piece next day and because of this we were able to use the tent as planned, The tent looked great and is quite sturdy. The cost savings of purchasing compared to renting was a big difference and now we will have something for continuous use. we do not plan on keeling it up indefinitely because the florida sun would diminish the material. We got the 16' x 32' for our party and it was great. The box came damaged (no fault of the shipper) and the seller sent out the replacement items at no cost to me. Customer Service was very responsive and pro-active.
