The media could not be loaded. We bought this tent for an outdoor wedding reception because it was the same price to purchase this tent as it would have been to rent one. I am VERY HAPPY with the tent! Putting it together was pretty easy, but we ended up with two joint pieces swapped — either one of the pieces was mislabeled or we made a mistake, either way, the tent was already up so we left it alone and had no problems. We had 5 or 6 people putting all the pieces together for the roof the day before the event, then later in the day just my husband and my son finished putting the tarp on the roof and erecting the roof onto the legs and bottom framework. Thank GOD we tied the whole framework down really well, because a crazy storm front rolled through overnight with sustained winds at 20–25mph and gusts over 35mph. I know you're not supposed to put these tents up in bad weather, but we were only expecting a rain shower, not an "almost" tropical storm. Needless to say, we prayed A LOT during the hour it took for that storm to pass over, and in the end only the pins that secure the bottom rail to the ground had pulled up a little. Our 10'x10' pop up tent didn't fare as well because the water pooled on the vinyl roof and collapsed the framework of that tent, so I know the outcome for the 16'x32' could have been much worse. Nonetheless, it held up without any problems and we had a beautiful event the next day. Good tent for good conditions. It does have some issues withstanding high winds but their support was excellent and they replaced any parts that failed. It's a good tent just make sure the weather conditions are suitable for it. Recommended.

My husband turned “60” and we attached the tent to our garage as close as we could and it worked out perfectly. You will need at lest 4 to 5 ppl to stand it up but the poles are thick the tent top fit perfectly and the side was the hooks and the latch all was a plus . Make sure to take it down after your done or it did / will blow away but only two poles where bent our fault we know we live in the city of wind. Two thumbs 👍🏽 up for this tent ... show more

I purchased this party tent to hold some classes in during Covid-19. I was a little confused when I received notification that the order had shipped via FedEx. It said only one box had shipped and then nothing about the other boxes that were part of the party tent. When the FedEx driver arrived we were surprised that the complete party tent in 6 or 7 boxes was on the truck. We assembled the party tent with 4 people in about 4 hours. The party tent comes with 4 hurricane anchor that are about 1/4" in diameter with about a 1" diameter auger near the bottom. I purchased some additional hurricane anchors for the tent that were about 3/8" diameter with 3" auger plates and nylon ratchet straps. After setting the tent up someone ran into the corner pole and bent it beyond use. There were also other parts that were bent badly as well. In contacting the company through Amazon they got back to me within a couple of days and said that they would replace the parts one time at no charge. Unbelievable! Some of the parts were on backorder and wouldn't be in stock until June 11 and then they would be shipped. I chose this party tent because of the metal frame that comes with ground bars for extra support. The quality of the frame is great. I was a little disappointed in the poly that covers the frame it seemed a little on the thin side but it has with stood wind and rain just not golf carts. I would recommend this party tent to anyone looking for a reasonably priced party tent for temporary use. The customer service is as good as it gets. Don't hesitate to purchase this item. I can't believe it! The 20' X 40' Peaktop Party tent sustained damage in a 60 mph wind the other day and I need replacement parts. I contacted Peaktop Outdoors and they are sending the replacement parts that I need to make the tent functional again. The surprising part of the damage is that the poly top with stood the wind damage with a few minor rips that can be repaired. I would buy this tent and any other PeakTop product anytime without hesitation. The tent is great quality and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with on any product. It's a scam, don't buy it! Initially, they offered a paid return label, but now they refuse to cover the return cost at all? I attempted to use it, but the tent is overly complex to assemble, excessively large, and the roof fabric is torn. I'm now trapped with an unusable tent that I can't return. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and contradictory to what was promised before I made the purchase. I demand, at the very least, a return label to send back this tent and receive my money back! I am extremely disappointed ... show more

Sturdy construction and easy to assemble. I used it twice already with a little help of 1 man, but I could do it only by myself. Fit in my bmw x3 with a lot of other camping stuff. When assembled it is heavy, so I'm not afraid of strong severe winds.

This was a great purchase! Everything is made very well, and I love all the ways I can decorate this thing. I got the 20 by 40 tent, and had u round tables for guests (6 chairs each) and 3 rectangle tables for food. It wasn't packed and had plenty of room to move around. It came with bag to store and they were of great quality too. Only tip I have is to maybe make one of the square bags a little bigger so we can fit the tarp in easier. ... show more
