Everything fit together nicely. I spent an hour laying out the parts which were all there. It came in 2 boxes. Both about 40 pounds. For a canopy this long, 20 feet, the support poles were adequate but would need some support cables in heavy wind. The vinyl canopy was thick and sewn in many places that were nice to see. I'm 77 and doing this alone was really ok Lifting the top while inserting the vertical poles was the procedure needing the most strength but manageable.     • Easy to setup with one person. Would get better sand bags and anchors
I’m going review setup and things I would purchase additionally. Only been up a day, so can’t speak on sturdiness over a long period. I found it easy to setup as all parts are labeled, even if instructions are fairly sparse. Took a bit over 2 hours and I was not rushing. Anchoring, filling sandbags, etc.. added some additional time. Appears to be well built, but will find out after first snow storm. The sandbags that came with it are pretty small and don’t have a very secure way of attaching to the poles. I purchased 4 40lb bags that are secured to the poles with 2 different methods for very secure fit. I used the ones that came with it on the middle poles. I also bought longer ground anchors to ensure a secure anchor point and stability, also lightweight ratchet straps to secure to ground anchors rather than using included rope. Overall I think it’s a good value and hopefully will hold up to snow and high winds. I live in New England for reference ... show more

This is my second portable carport. The first one (a different brand) lasted a year and a half before a storm destroyed both the tarp and the frame. I've had this one three years now, and the tarp finally just failed in another storm (Pacific Northwest). The frame is still in good shape (it's much thicker than my first one). I think this is a 5-star carport for its VALUE, not because it's as good as a permanent wood structure, but it's very good for a mere $200. I was happy that it lasted twice as long as my first one. And I was even happier when I got in touch with the seller's customer support and they quickly sent me a new replacement tarp for half the price of buying a whole new carport. The customer service from service agent Pearl was some of the best I've gotten in a long time. And I know that last sentence sounds paid for but I assure you I've received nothing in compensation for this review. I don't know how they can sell a decent carport this cheap AND pay people to provide good customer service? I was just happy I was able to pop a new tarp on top this weekend and not have to build the whole thing again and take the old frame to the dump. ... show more

Took about 2 hours to install by myself. Everything was marked and easy to figure out with instructions. I like the side straps that keep it taught. I would recommend to anybody looking for an easy inexpensive way to protect their vehicle.

    • Need to improve the poles structure
First week we have rain storm one of the legs have bent down i tied up the legs to the ground it provide good shelter but the poles are to thin

    • Better than expected
It's made with good quality tarp and poles. The push snaps on the frame makes the assembly easy. The tarp has the I lets in the perfect places for securing it to the frame and for the tie downs. I am very pleased with the purchase.

    • Better than I expected!
This is a well-built carport and the customer support from the seller was excellent. Unit arrived in two big boxes over 2 days (one box contained all of the frame poles while the other box contained everything else), as another reviewer had said. All components were in the two boxes, and every frame component was well marked, corresponding to the well-pictured assembly instructions. Took me about 2 hours to assemble the frame and install it by myself, but then I am quite handy. Because of my specific application for using this carport as a cover for a dog run (which required me to modify the frame and the covering tarp, shortening both, and probably voided any warranty if there was one, but I knew that going in), I contacted the seller about purchasing two additional frame components. Celine replied within just a few hours and shipped out the parts I wanted that day. Talk about great customer support. I highly recommend both this carport and this seller - both were excellent.
