  • Great FAST bike, with a few gripes
Color: White
Bike gets up to speed super fast once you adjust the voltage settings and the Pedal Assist levels. Horn is loud, lights are bright and work fantastic. The disk brakes had to be loosened and adjusted because of some scraping, but that is due to shifting from shipping. However a few gripes with the construction of this bike, the metal spokes that hold the fenders up were bent and difficult to screw in, the rear rack was also bent making it near impossible to attach. Took a lot of force to get it to fit, but I supposed should be expected considering the bike gets shipped some damage is to be expected with such a large box. On another note, the pedals are VERY close to the ground. So leaning into turns on this bike can be dangerous as the pedals catch the ground on tight turns if it is in the lowermost position. This can be remedied by just making sure whichever side you are leaning intos pedal is in the uppermost position so it doesn't catch and take you to the ground. ... show more

  • Great bike, great people.
Color: White
Bike is wicked fast. Sellers were great to work with. Helped me step by step troubleshooting an issue and they resolved it via email, no waiting for parts or anything. They are overseas so the answers come at like midnight....lol. Would buy again if I need one.

  • It's fast but there's issues.
Color: White
This is my second ebike. Things I like about it. When you click the red button to activate the front motor it's like hitting a nitrous button. Unfortunately the battery is likely limited to 35 amps discharge so thr highest I can get it is 36mph unlike some folks who hit over 40. The max amperage can be adjusted in the settings as well as speed up the 62mph but the bike is always limited by the battery management's max of 35amps. The battery supposedly last longest using pedal assist but this bike has a major problem no matter what range of pedal assist you put it on be it 0-3,0-5,0-7,or 0-9 setting 1 is like 8mph and setting 2 is 20mph. On many other bikes once you set the range you can then adjust what percentage of power is allowed at each setting. For example if you select 0-5, you can then tune each setting so pa's 1 could be 20 percent, pa's 2 40 percent, pa's 3, 60 percent and so on. On setting 2 of 9 I shouldn't be getting 80 percent power and travelling 20mph. It makes battery management difficult. Do not buy this bike if you'd like precise control of pedal assist it's simply not there. My front tire has a fairly annoying wobble even though it's brand new resulting in it constantly rubbing the fender and yes the rim is mounted correctly. The front light although bright illuminates a very specific portion of the road that constitutes something like a 1/4 of the top of a circle cut off. The light stops abruptly so your left with a dead spot for 15 ft in front of you then darkness to the left and right and beyond thr circle. On my other ebike light tapers off gradually covering a much larger area and allowing you to see everything They used a 6 speed derailer to build a 7 speed bike. My bike only sits in some gears correctly no matter how it's adjusted. I chalk it up to buying cheaper 6 spd derailer on a 7 speed bike. You'll be destined to have a gear and the annoying noise assosiated with it that wants to fall down to the next gear. The battery bar as far as I can tell does not have adjustable setpoint. On other bikes you can select at which voltage each bar shows up or disappears. In short there's a reason the bike is the price it is, with two motors and big speed. The electronics would have benefited from finer tuning options. The pedals are incredably low to the ground. And the front wheel is not set out far enough, Abnormally so. I have size 13 feet and my toes scrap the ground pedaling. If you go over dirt rollers with the pedals down they will hit the ground. Also when turning my feet contact the front wheel. The pedal sitting flat at the bottom is at most two inches from the ground. The bike will require fine tuning. My front brakes rotprs were constantly grinding the pads after install and I had to adjust the calipers. As for battery life, it's okay. I went 30 miles on my 800 dollar ebike pulling 100 pounds but I was able to tune the pedal assist settings so the weren't using so much power and used about 3/5 of a battery half the size that bike had a 750w steady state motor. It's a beast offroad on hilly terrain. I was taking it through 4 wheeler trails up significant hills, in the bush and the 2wd is invaluable, at a severe cost of battery life. I question what cells are used in the battery, you can loose two bars from 10 seconds of a flat ground pull with both motors, indicating significant voltage lag under load. Keep in mind all the comparisons are made to the heybike mars a much more cruiser oriented bike. If this bike had some of those important settings it would bring it up. It's a bunch of little annoying issues some of which that are unresolvable that bring the bike down. I would have thought an offroad bike, full suspension, 2wd some thought would have been given to the height of pedals and design which hits your feet on the front tire when turning. There's a general lack of quality workmanship in areas like the fenders, holes drilles crooked, things like that. It was relatively easy for me to put together with all my bike tools but plan on a couple hours if you use the provided tools, following the sometimes unclear directions. The bike is still fun, and it performs well offroad, there's just a bunch of bugs that need to be worked out. Hopefully they make another version maybe full size with a better frame design and more options for pedal assist. At this point I use the twist throttle to modulate speed because the pedal assist is too fast or too slow. Considering thats the mode that is supposed to save battery it's kind of disappointing. You will have a blast keeping up with traffic in 35mph speed limit zones though. ... show more

  • DUAL MOTORS ????
Color: White
I really want to like this bike but I think they might of false advertise right here! I assembled the bike, and even had my local bike check it to see if I did my job correctly putting the bike together. It seems that the front motor doesn’t work or it maybe it came defective. We mounted the bike to test the twist throttle to see how fast it can go, the back wheel got activated which works perfectly fine but when we press the dual motor option, the front wheel begins to move for a second and than it stops. Now if they didn’t claim it to be dual motors I would have been fine with that, but since you’re paying extra money for dual motors, what’s the point?! Not only does the front motor make the bike heavier but I’m only guessing that it will kill your battery even faster when dual motors option is on since it’s using up extra energy for the front motor to work, which doesn’t do anything. I seen other bikes with the same battery, one motor, for half the price. I would of just chosen that if I knew the front motor would be useless… I weight 200lbs and the bike only goes 29-30mph, my friends have the same bike under a different name, (friend weights 230lbs) and his goes 36-37mph. We both have the same settings and everything. His front motor works perfectly fine, that’s why he probably has more speed than my bike and he’s heavier than me, unbelievable. Trying to get a hold of the seller now to see if they can either sent me a replacement or have an explanation for this front motor that does absolutely nothing. It just adds more unnecessary weight and kills your battery faster ! I will keep you guys updated and if I don’t hear back, returning this bike for something better. UPDATE: it was a faulty wire that I had to unplug and plug in again. I probably installed it wrong the first time, who knows. Regardless, customer service was great and helped me resolve the issue right away! The minute I messaged the seller they responded a couple of hours later. It was perfect because I was getting a headache trying to figure it out, or regretting purchasing something that wasn’t going to work properly. At the end everything worked out just fine. ... show more
