I first tried this stuff when I was doing a diet that required me to buy 5 prepackaged meals and make 1 meal myself. This 1 meal though had to follow some pretty strict guidelines and there were some recipes available to follow. One recipe that I tried was for a thai peanut sauce made with PB2. It was amazing even for strict diet food...I've made it several times since finishing the diet it's that good. I also often make a paste out of it and top brownies or cookies. I got this yesterday and couldn't wait to add this to my protein shake from reading the reviews. As soon as I opened it I had to give it a whirl first and make my own PB by just adding water. This stuff taste amazing and almost better than the real thing. Plus you don't get the extra fat & calories that come along with regular PB. My only regret, I should've gotten the bigger bottle. I don't see this lasting for more than a week or two now that I got my husband hooked on it too! ... show more

This powdered peanut butter has no additives and it tastes very good. It's 50 calories for two tablespoons, has 1.5 grams of fat, 70 grams of sodium and 2 grams of sugar. The #'s are preferable to other brands I've seen. Try dipping banana slices in the dry powder. Tasty!

I love this product! I have often added peanut butter to my shakes and smoothies, but it was messy to deal with and was high in calories. I LOVE PB2. I use it almost daily in my morning protein shake. It’s a great lower calorie way for me to get the peanut butter flavor without all the calories…and it’s not fake. Love love it. I mix it with almond milk, a protein powder, and psyllium husk.
