I got this a few days earlier than it was supposed to be here which is always awesome. Took me about 15 minutes to put it together but that's because my pets kept getting in the way. Everything goes together easy without any issues. One recommendation is when you take it out of the box lay the box on its side cut the bottom open and you can pull the base out first. Makes it a lot easier. This is a very comfortable chair, and I'm 6'1 325 lb so I'm not a little dude. I fit just fine in the chair, there's plenty of cushion And my feet hang over the end just a little bit like I like it. As far as the massage I haven't seen any issues with it yet I've only used it a little bit to mess around with it and it seems to work just fine. The heat works good. All in all this is definitely something I would recommend to a friend. Seriously considering ordering another one. ... show more

It is comfortable for me. I am 5 feet, six inches. It is easy to recline, but difficult to get the foot rest back down without having to muscle it down with the lower legs. Somebody with a back problem would never be able to get the foot rest down while sitting in the chair. The material is basically some kind of rubber or plastic, but should not be called leather, since it is all synthetic. I just needed an inexpensive chair to watch TV in in the bedroom. Bought two of these chairs. One for my wife and one for me. They are a little shorter than what I was expecting and the massage and heat are not as strong as I would like but all in all it was a good deal for us. The chair reclines like we wanted and rocks and turns 360 degrees very easily. A little hard to get the recliner down once it is extended but it's comfortable enough for me to fall asleep in and I have on a few occassions. The chair is good and worth the money. ... show more

I did not buy them for the massage feature and it’s a good thing, because it is almost worthless. Just kind of buzzing your chair instead of massaging. It was not easy to assemble. I bought two and neither one would “lock” into position like the directions stated. I only find it’s an issue when I go to move the recliner because the back comes off. They are comfortable and the price was good so I’m giving it three stars. I can tell they’re sort of cheaply made though. I don’t think they will be long lasting. ... show more

I am disabled. Have balance issues. Am a senior My chair was delivered with me standing outside m it Was on a dolly. The gentleman refused to drop it in my open door. He was kinda a sick. No is fine. You know? I had no idea how heavy it would be.I don't need healt. I wanted a simple recliner. This is small. Sturdy..but I didn't know cup holders would make it so small.. For a child apparently. I've had this since December 2021. The cushion is starting to go flat and i can feel the massage vibrators. The head rest has too much cushioning and it's actually uncomfortable. I can't really lay flat because the chair will go back to the upright position, so a heavier person can lay flat but a light weight person might not. Comfy chair but didn't arrive as pictured. Shows a sturdy handle on the side, mine came with a pulley on a string inside the seat area. I didn't want the hassle of sending it back over a small issue.
