Excellent material. Very durable. We wanted to start with the beep and vibration first before moving to shocking. Never needed to go to the shocking. Works IMMEDIATELY. Corrective behaviors and boundaries set with our pyrenees. I love the distance, the sleek design and how effective the vibration is. Settings 1-16 is NICE. I wanted to like these so bad but they just don’t work the best. The charging is the worst part. This is my second time charging today. Didn’t even last 6 hours. We have only needed the shock twice and we REALLY needed it when we tried to use it and it didn’t work. Thankfully both my dogs usually listen to the beep and vibrate but half the time that’s not even working because they are always dead. The charge is just getting worse. We have had them since the 8th and it’s only the 16th. For the price I thought it would be better. ... show more

The whole reason I got this was to be able to use my phone and not worry about losing a remote. However it gets to 97% with the sync and never finishes this has been going on for days i have undone and redone it multple times and I have also tried the support online I can find and nothing is helping. Even the app has trouble shooting none of it for this issue I contacted the company and they worked the issue out with me thank you ... show more
