Works so well! I like it because it gives you 3 options You can make it beep, vibrate or shock. My dogs usually come right away when I just use the sound. If they don’t come running right away then I work my way up to vibrate and then shock. Only ever had to use shock when they were chasing rabbits. Only had to zap my dogs once, they didn’t listen to the beep nore the vibrate, zapped them once when they went to chase a car down the road, and now they don’t leave the yard and once they hear the beep they come right back to my feet, very well made product

Part 3: I was contacted again.and they said there department was addressing the app issue but resolved the issue with me great customer service and I would buy again they said updated the app but I haven't tried it yet. If it works I'll give 5 stars. So I was contacted by the company about there return policy but no solution yet as the window of 30 days closes. My response: Morning , Okay so what is the process for this issue to get the collar to stay connected and not to glitch? Or can I return for a refund and purchase one that does not have the app since the app is unreliable there was no reason for me to pay the extra for the app if I knew it would glitch so bad. These collars are the only ones I have found with enough shock power to stop my Vizsla. Not only that, but the battery lasts forever. I accidentally ran over the remote with my truck and it still works. Good stuff.

The whole reason I got this was to be able to use my phone and not worry about losing a remote. However it gets to 97% with the sync and never finishes this has been going on for days i have undone and redone it multple times and I have also tried the support online I can find and nothing is helping. Even the app has trouble shooting none of it for this issue I contacted the company and they worked the issue out with me thank you ... show more
