Love this product , been using it for for over a decade. However, their packaging is way sub par; their Huntington Beach manufacture has awful customer service. My 34oz was delivered w a broken plunger (2nd time for me), product spilled inside of box. Alright. Stuff happens. But the lady on the phone at Passion Lubricants, noon Nov. 13. 2023 was bored with my problem. "We just make it. Contact Amazon." "Really?, I said and hung up. Sad companies in the U.S. that make good products can't find decent employees. Sad indeed. And. AMAZON phone chat bot had no option for Product Damaged. Only, "Did Not Receive." We shall see if they send a replacement. And, they listed 34oz. on Amazon for $21, but billed me $33...and, I've free shipping w Prime. Not a happy customer. ... show more
