Does not take much, love to work it in the middle and use it sometimes at the start. Still use other products along with this. But up definitely could use it by itself.. I would not use it solely all the time. Great to surprise.

Love this type of product, just wish it was silicon based. Great for about 5-7 min before getting too sticky, but the heat stays for about 10-15 min. Price is right, just gets too sticky

Was a bit nervous using this lube because of Menthol, have heard menthol can burn specially down there. The opposite happened, in fact a very pleasant cooling sensation happened that was a huge turn on and the entire duration of this experience was very intense and pleasing.
