The quality and taste are the best so far, in my opinion. I use it for cooking and finishing. Unlike many others, this oil comes from one country-Sicily-and not a mix from more than one country.

This olive oil is very good, but a little over priced I think. It has a tiny bit of the bitter olive in the taste, but I like the quality and taste. The only brand I like better is California Olive Ranch 100% Californian olive oil. It is more buttery.
