Only maintenance free white PVC is appropriate to use in building this beauty. All openings are protected with 1.5” a painted aluminum protector to ensure the hole size integrity. Wainscoted walls complete the look and decorative trim work separate the first and second floors. Clean-out of the Manor House is accomplished by unscrewing 2 roof screws-allowing the roof to be removed. The permanently attached mounting collar accepts a true 4”x 4” post.
