I really like this couch! It’s the perfect size for a family. The couch cushions are deep, which is great for snuggling. It is a bright neutral color that goes with any style. I bought mine as a sofa for daily use but for guests to sleep on if and when I have them. After having my three seater sofa now for just under 1-year, I do appreciate it is wide but cushions move around and I am constantly having to push them back or pull up pillows from falling down behind seat cushions ugh, some sitting areas feel a bit sunken and otherwise other areas are a bit stiff especially for sleeping. Most of the time I’m irritated by the sofa but note, I did also spray scotch guard on it so my kids don’t stain it and that has really worked so great for not seeing stains but for $550, I would recommend buying another piece that’s more impressive ... show more

The shipping was fast, got it about a week before the projected arrival. Both boxes arrived on the same day. Very easy to put together, not very many steps. The cushions are stated to take a day or so to fully expand, but it seemed at about 95% within 15 minutes. Like another reviewer stated, the back is a fabric panel that is velcroed to the back of the arms. I have mine up to a wall so no problem, but it's not unsightly. Cushy side I would rate it at medium, not soft and not super firm. Just right for me. Like that I can stretch out on it (I'm 5'6") and my dog can snuggle next to me since it is fairly deep. It’s always scary making furniture purchases on Amazon without testing the item out, but I am impressed with this couch overall. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It is more of an off white/ grayish white than a beige but I still like the color and don’t mind. For comparison, my walls are a pale beige and the couch is lighter than the walls. It is longer than I expected and I can easily lay down on the whole couch with half a foot or more of extra room at the end. I’m 5’2”. The couch is also lightweight and when the package arrived they left the heavier box at the base of my apartment stairs and the lighter box was set by my door. I shoved the heavier box up the stairs on my own without too much trouble. I also put it together on my own fairly easily. The bottom cushions are plenty cushy and feel nice. They’re comfortable enough to sleep on. The back cushions however were extremely flat and under filled. You couldn’t sit or lean back on the couch comfortably in any way. I fixed this by buying large pillow inserts and stuffing them myself, and now the couch is at a 4.5/5 stars in my opinion. Without the back cushions being filled it isn’t usable and I would’ve rated it a 2/5. The other .5 star I’ve knocked off is because the armrests are basically just wooden cubes with the thinnest foam imaginable on top. They are not comfy to lean on and you’ll need throw pillows. This doesn’t bother me too much, but it would be nicer to have comfier armrests. Good luck on your couch search! ... show more
