I love this chair. I chose it for it's weight capacity, and it is just the right range for someone who does not have long legs. I especially love the perfect cushioning and targeted, heated massage. There is a pull cable instead of a typical recliner lever. I don't love that part, but it isn't bad. I’m very satisfied with this recliner chair, I think it’s a great buy for the price. It’s obviously not a high end chair but still, it’s attractive looking and comfortable. The chair seat is not as wide as some recliners but it’s wide enough for my husband who is 6 foot and 180 pounds. The small lever to lift the leg rest is located on the seat (see picture) it is not the best method but it’s easy to pull and works fine. The company is reputable and responds quickly. I ordered 2 chairs and they only sent me one. I contacted the seller, they responded by next day. They started their reply by saying, “We bad, we apologize for the mistake”. LOL They offered me a refund or my other chair. I had my second chair in about 5 days maybe 6. The chair comes in two boxes, one box for top and one box for bottom piece. What you see advertised on Amazon, looks great, but what you end up getting let's you a bit down and wanting more. First all this is a totally Chinese type of Ikea furniture, it comes in a small box, so right there it will make you wonder if you got everything, we'll you do, the size of this chair is large but excuse me not American large, lol, I think this chair would be better suited for my 17 yr old. Look at the pictures I added and decide. Now putting this thing together was not difficult but it will show you the quality of this thing, that beat up sofaof mine you see, lasted me 7 years, I seriously doubt this will be around that long. The materials are thin and feels cheap, the "Massage feature" Well it's a joke really" more gimmick than useful seriously doubt this is worth what I paid for it, you probably could have bought this on Temu for a lot cheaper.Also the armrests are a joke and ate floppy they don't stay put and move around. The metal frame for the armrest supports is dangerous hit myself twice by accident and hurt my heal and knee.The pros, the back rest is firm, the rocker swivel function is good, does not take up a lot of space like my old rocker. Massage capabilities are minuscule. This is not a massage chair. It feels like those cheap $15 massage pads you buy and put it on a random chair. The ease of assembly has the be spotlight for this. It will come in two shipments, light boxes, less than 50 pounds each. Assembling is simply just sliding the parts into place. It’s an ok chair, it’s stiff, if your looking for something to sink in, this isn’t it. Reclining capabilities are weak as well. To kick open the foot rest, there’s a little small plastic handle inside where you sit and you pull on it. It’s cheap and seems like it can break easily. $450 after shipping and taxes seems steep for something of this quality but I will stick with it Because it’s temporary. Ok chair, but it’s nice enough for me to keep. Isn’t for tall people though, someone 5,5 and smaller would be perfect for this chair. Your short bf/gf would love it, your golden retriever would love it, your kids would love. Having two cup holders is bad ass tho and you can rotate it all around. Just don’t lean it up against a wall or be to rough with the chair because it will rip. I’d give it 3.8/5 stars. ... show more

The chair arrived in good condition and was reasonably easy to assemble. It is also comfortable enough to sit in for some time, but not for an extended period. The comfort is definitely not Lazy Boy, or even Ashley level, but neither is this chair's price. However, after two weeks, I am already beginning to see quality and longevity issues. The cable to pull the footrest up is very difficult to actuate, and it is almost impossible to push the footrest down and lock it into place. Usually, whoever is sitting in the chair just stands up and closes the footrest with their hands since it is easier than fighting to do it with their feet. Also, the chair does not sit level, and its left-hand tilt is visually noticeable. Last, while the rocking (gliding) motion is smooth, it has already developed a squeak which will almost certainly rule this chair out for it's intended use in a nursery. ... show more
