We absolutely love this sofa bed. I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews. Honestly they should be ashamed to give a poor review and cause some people to not buy it. It was so easy to put together. This company has all pieces and hardware sorted out and labeled for you. Trust me I do not normally give reviews but this one I felt I had to because some of the reviews almost made me not buy it . Just remember you can't please everyone. This was worth every penny. I also had some questions about the product just because I was nervous because of some reviews and they answered my question within a hour of asking them, the problem was more of how FedEx handled the boxes. Comfort: 1/10 Assembly: 6/10 Material: 2/10 Functionality: 8/10 Price: 5/10 Comfort is the most notable thing here, notably in that it is lacking entirely. The seat cushioning is maybe 2-3inches thick and might as well be filled with air. You can feel every support slate underneath when you sit. That too is an issue, the support slates are made of what seem like children's play wood. You can basically rip the layers apart with your fingers. Not sure how that is expected to provide longevity of support, I had one snap the very first time I sat on it. Going to have to run to home Depot to get better lumber and create my own supports. Putting it together took a few hours. Wasn't that difficult, but the instructions were vague at times. It looks appealing, so I'll give it credit there and it does function as intended (the chaise storage and sofa pull out both seem like they work as intended). But for almost $700, I advise you shop somewhere in person and try out what you are purchasing. I was weary of purchasing something like this online, and I immediately regret it. Materials used are cheap, and there is no comfort whatsoever. I had a $150 futon from Walmart years ago that felt more stable and provided more comfort. ... show more

    • A Sturdy and solid piece of furniture.
I've had the sofa for a month and here are my thoughts. Assembly: The sofa came in two different boxes, well packed, covered in plastic that has the part number. Don't take off the plastic until you're ready to use the part! two people can put the sofa together in about 90 minutes. There is a good YouTube video that shows the basic methods, Its a good supplement to the instructions. Pros: I'm 6'8" (204cm) and I fit on this sofa. the cushions are hard. the pull outs work just fine. Cons: the arms and back are cushions, not very solid and not very supportive. the chaise cushion slides around a bit. the fabric doesn't pick up stains (I got the gray) you can't wash it but a vacuum hose and baking powder refreshes it ok. Conclusion: i'd buy another one if i had room. I put on a twin sized mattress pad and sheet to make it a bed. ... show more

I bought this couch first my new apartment it got shipped very quick. While putting in together one of the arm set didn't fit the locks were too far apart. I contacted the seller the same night and sent pictures of the defective part showing both the arm set and the hook part, they were very quick to respond to me and were very help you. After some texts back and forth trying to identify the problem they replaced the whole couch and was shipped to my house within 2 days. The couch is very comfortable. It have a little smell but is because of the packaging plastic I notice the smell getting less and less every day. Hope this help anyone. ... show more

It’s okay. Pros: The bed holds two adults with enough room. The seats are wider than I thought. Fabric looks clean, can be unzipped to run in the wash. I may stuff in more stuffing. Cons: Couch is as comfy as a camper and boat cushions. No give, definitely need your own pillows. Have to sit straight up, won’t work, as is, for people who like to lay back or slouch. Comes in two 95lb boxes, the FedEx dude left the boxes outside and I needed help carrying them inside from a neighbor. I’m a computer technician but the instructions are hard to follow, it took about 3.5 hours to put together. Instructions don’t always reference the part noted in the picture, let alone which way it should face. It comes with an L-shape Allen wrench but the screw holes are in tight spaces, you’d spend all night turning the screws alone. In summary: I learned my lesson by buying a couch for my living room without seeing it first ... show more

When they delivered box one I was worried it looked like it got run over and was taped back up terribly, I unpacked the box and noticed everything seemed okay but had to wait on the second box to arrive meanwhile I sent a message to the seller who contacted me back the very next day . Told me if there was anything wrong with it it would be replaced right away Second box arrived two days later everything else was inside I’m 59 years young and put it together in three hours in 95 degree heat The cousins are thick after leaving them open for a couple days . Nope!!! Don’t purchase My mother threw her bed away unfortunately because she was Assuming this would work out as a comfortable bed, but it is so hard and now she is hurting even more in the morning. Sleeping on the bed horizontally is much shorter than it shows in the pictures….. This sofa has absolutely no cushion I got this for my mother for the reason being she was uncomfortable with the height of her old bed with the Illness she now has - this couch was not worth the trade off….. We are very disappointed with this product. If we had known it wasn’t an actual item to be slept on we never would have never purchased the item. We have also since then thrown away her bed and frame and also the boxes for the couch so we cannot return the item. If I could I would and get my money back asap. ... show more
